I booked for a gas on the 6th March 2015. However, till date I have not received my gas delivery neither have I received any update on when the gas will be delivered. I tried calling the IVR multiple times but it states that the gas is already delivered on 3rd March. How can a gas be delivered before even it is booked?! We went to the Agency office directly but no one was ready to give any response on the delivery status. It has been 20 days...

to get the gas refill v r suppose to submit documents to the agency assuring v are using for domestic use. wen i called up the agency they r like v dont knw anything abt it! n banged the phone! called again asking give me some persons number who can help me out but that guys attitude was sick saying dont call up again for dis! wat is "Sheela agency" going to do abt dis.. take some action soon else ur bound to lose lots!

I had booked my Indane gas cylinder on 8th Apr with Sheela Agency, Bangalore. I had asked them to deliver the same on saturday, 12th Apr because both myself and my husband are working and nobody would be available to take the cylinder on week days. I called up on saturday morning and they told me it will either be delivered on saturday or monday and monday is not a holiday.
