i got a call offering a gold card from icici credit card department as i have been using the card more then 3 year i am offered a gold card where i can scarching get 20% discount on product purchases and do not have to pay the amount now - will be added to my credit card bill - so i given my concern to send the card - and they asked for the my card detail which i gave - suddenly they said the card which i they offering will have monthly charge of 499/- for first year so i agreed to once card get to me - but not make clear they charged my credit card with 5999/- and when i asked them u said 499/- and that to not now - why my card been charged - so i ask them to cancel the transaction - the said this is not be possible - and even i contact the icici credit card customer care they will redirect the same to use - the time my credit card charged with 5999/- at the same time i should have the right to cancel the transaction so that such frauds can be stopped - when they is no such exchange of product or services in physical form. -when i raise the issue when i got verification call to dispatch the courier the senior sale executive offer me to raise the credit card limit up 10000/- to to my present limit i was shock how can this people can give extra limit to my credit card - so i asked for confirmation again and again he keep on saying i will get extra limit as he is placing a request and i will be getting the sms of the and in 3days same will be up dated in credit card company- then the i was asked to give go permission to dispatch the products - and with in a min or two will get the sms where i will getting the customer care number - i aske him to give it now on phone i will make note of it - he keep on repeating will get sms in it number will be there -till date i did'nt got the sms from them.--- please help me in getting my money back. i do not know where this company located in delhi - as they said there are calling form delhi - and the number was of delhi -[protected] - the other call i got was from [protected] saying his name pradeep verfication department - saying the product offer to me in the name super saver holiday and have some many gifts which i can choose 3 of them.
