I got call from shiftthought consulting on 08th Sept 2012 and they told they are from HDFC Bank Credit Card Division, Delhi and I have been selected among lot of customers for this special offer as a special customer & don't pay any charges. Please enter your credit card number and expire date details .you will be refunded the amount charged and also you will get five gift vouchers with in 7 days without any charges.They have charged Rs 5499 /-. I had not get any gift voucher as well as any card . Then i called so many times in the number from whom i received call and phone no, is[protected] and[protected] but they couldnot received the call. I am chaeted by the shiftconsulatancy and request to take necessary action and suggest me what i will do to get back my amount Was this information helpful? | |||

same case happend with me...they charged me 6300 /-.I got call from shifthoughts on 10/10/2012, they deduct the money same day.after deducting money when they called I said I dont want any voucher and gift kindly cancel beacuse they never mentioned that there is one time charge and after reading complaints from diffferent customer I said I dont want voucher but everytime they are calling and forcing me .Tell me the case how to get my money back.

shiftthoughts consulting — Non receipt of discount voucher
Dear Sir:I had received a call from Shift Thought Consultant representative on 9th April w.r.t a promotional offer and selection of 25 travellers for this offer. I was told that i would receive a docket of all discount vouchers within a weeks time. i had paid the amount of Rs. 7719.90 for the same. But till date i havent received any call nor any vouchers by post.
