[Resolved]  Sify — Denying Invoice of payment made

Hello,

This is complaint is for the Broadband service provider "Sify".
I made a payment of Rs 999 for my 384 kbps connection, dated 22nd April.
An Invoice should be provided to me for the amount of payment paid. It is important for me to get the reimbursement of the payment made.

They provided me an Invoice mentioning the date 26th March instead of correct data 22nd April.

I contacted their renewal department continuously for 5 days, but no one responded.
I logged a complaint using their customer care web portal, got no help.
Used their web site: http://broadband.sify.com/contactus.html, I tried to contact any responsible person, but got NDR for the emails sent to all the contacts.

I am helpless at this point of time, with no one to help me out.
I have already wasted my money in making phone calls and time in writing emails to their customer care w/o any luck.

I don't think that expecting an 'Invoice' for the payment made is a crime in India or a request for this should be neglected in this fashion.

This portal is my last hope to get justice.

Mail id not working

Hello, I am trieng from many days to open my mail id but there are occuring error. kindly suggest about the problem becoz of i can not open my imp. mails.
