[Resolved]  SIM — Duplicate sim

This is to inform you that I am seriously surprise to say that Airtel is very big company but is taking the charge of a duplicate sim to 125 rupees instead of 25 rupees. Yesterday I have visited your 4 Airtel Relationship center on which all the executive situated on the store are forcefully selling the money transfer sim cost is 125 instead of normal sim while customer is not agree for the same ,details are given below:-

* First of all I went to your relation ship center situated at sec-18 Noida-201301and contact to Mr. Mohan and asked for normal duplicate sim he refused me and said for money transfer sim with cost of 125 rupees also said normal sim has been not available

* Second I visited your airtel relationship center situated at Jagat puri near Karkadduma court met Mr. Nakul he also said that I have only money transfer sim which I can provide you at the cost of 125 rupees. We have no any normal sim of cost of 25 rupees.

* Third I visited your airtel relationship center situated at Krishna nager near chachi building the also said me that sir we have only the sim of money transfer at the cost of 125.

* Forth I went to yamuna vihar airtel relationship center the also refused me to normal sim.



The entire airtel relationship center is forcefully providing the Money transfer sim of cost 125 rupees instead of normal sim having the cost of 25.While as a TRAI mandate the cost of duplicate sim is only 25 rupees if customer does not want to take the money transfer sim why are you forcefully diverting to purchase the same??



I have already arisen a complaint for the same on appellate whose complaint number is – CSEWK[protected] (BUT STREAMLY VERY UPSAD TO SAY THE NIETHER ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN BY RELATIOMSHIP CENTER FOR THE SAME)



I humbly request you to kindly arrange a normal duplicate sim of cost 25 rupees at my nearest airtel relationship center situated at Jagat puri near Karkadduma court and also arrange a callback from your jagatpuri relationship center when it is agree to sell the duplicate sim at the cost of 25 instead of 125 rupees, I am your six year old customer and also having the 10 connections of airtel ,if my problem will not resolve the I will yet pay 125 but after that all those connection will port in in the Vodafone which can provide the duplicate sim at the cost of 25 rupees.
