skoda Terrible Service
Dear All,
Don't Buy Skoda !
Just go through the below lines for more information.
I have Skoda fabia, purchased just 6 months ago from “Giriraj Motors Gurgaon (Haryana).quite happy about vehicle performance in last 6 months. But on 6 aug.2008, after returning back from my office at around 8.30p.m, heavy rain out side. I started moving slowly towards my home but due to heavy rain n poor visibility, I could not be able to judge the depth of the path hole on the road & my vehicle gone into that path hole and stopped.
Next day morning, after pushing approx. 2 km, I will be able to reach another Skoda dealer “Silver tone motors Gurgaon.". At that time I was in deep trouble & expecting good response from Skoda dealer. But I was surprised to see rudely behavior from dealer’s executives.
Initially service in charge Mr. kapil told me to move this vehicle n get serviced from Giriraj Motors, because u had not purchased from silver tone motors. So many times I had told him that this was not a Skoda philosophy for service. I had tried to talk to their seniors, but same response from them also.
Their sales manager Mr. Edwin Gurung was also in the same category of those stupid fellows. He questioned me why I came out from office in the rain & given me one day time to move my vehicle from there.
I was completely shocked from Skoda service, n disgusting behavior of dealer.
Then after toeing, I will be able to reach Giriraj Motors. But after 2 and half months, my vehicle was still in the same condition as on 6/aug/08.no reliable n responsible effort from their side also.
Now I m questioning Skoda service dept.did u know how Ur dealer providing service to Ur customers. This type of ridiculous behavior was not acceptable from Skoda.
After investing my hard earned money (approx 7.00 lacks Rs), should we expect this type of service. I’m still without any vehicle. I have lost hope of getting my vehicle back. My car is still in the same condition. and moreover insurance survey and all the other formalities has been done 2 months back and lot of other customers are there in gurgaon who are facing this PATHETIC service provided by skoda.
I have sent lot of request for help to the Skoda main office and all the other Skoda offices around the world but there is no positive response from them. I remember SKODA LOGGO WAS “OBSSESED WITH QUALITY”, BUT I THINK SKODA INDIA FORGOT ABOUT GIVING SERVICE TO THEIR VALUABLE CUSTOMERS. "Do you know “ONE SATISFIED CUSTOMER IS ONE SATISFIED CUSTOMER BUT ONE UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER IS THAUSAND UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER’S. I have already send this e-mail to around 2 lack people in India including all the news channels, all yahoo group's, all the big law firms in India, all the other automobiles companies in India, Skoda main head office in abroad. I looking forward to tell this story to each and every Indian so that they can refrain themselves from buying Skoda vehicle.
Plz help me out in this matter, I lost hope of getting my vehicle back.
