I am another customer who got cheated by skyline. The documents for one of the skyline constructions are not intact and i want to cancel my booking. But skyline staffs are playing around with us. We have informed them six months back that i want to cancel the booking but till today i get the response from their staff saying MD is out of station, we have meeting next week, Once MD approves we will give back your amount etc etc. Here Dheeraj tries to be concerned and replies to all the posts. He talks about providing refund with interest. But when mailed on his id, there is no reply at all. Though they have found another customer for my apartment they are not reday to repay my amount. I am still waiting with some hope that my hard earned money will be returned

hi dear frd, i m dr.gupta here i booked flat in skuline exaltus, whther is apporved or not floor plan, i didn, t get loan till anybody can inform me, my no is [protected]
Can you tell what is the status Skyline Exaltus. So many people have given money and you or your Skyline office does not reply mails. People have paid lacs of rupees as far as Mar or April 2012. Still now, no progress on Approval from Government authorities or Bank Approvals or anything? And you ask the people to pay all the booking amount?
Mr. Dhiraj. In addition to monitoring, replying in public forums like this, Can you address/reply those mails sent to your office and to you directly and stop hiding behind such public forum like this.
People write and share views and concerns in public forums when they are absolutely un-happy or in your words "disgruntled". Why do they behave, because in the name of reputation, you are making them like that. Its hard earned money that is being spent in buying houses and apartments. You want to take it for a ride such customers. Obviously, what do you expect from such customer. Praise?
How many such complaints come for other builders in Bangalore or other major cities. Looks like you have been doing this for a while in this industry.

My sincere suggestion, please pay premium and go to builders like Sobha or Mantri or Brigade etc. At least certain level of professionalism is there. The people like Sklyline claim operating for 30 years and no professionalism in the industry.

I then had to file a consumer case which took two years to settle and the court ordered them to pay my deposit and interest for 7 years along with damages and lawyer fees
If anyone still has any doubts, i would suggest they look up the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission website
1. Goto to http://ncdrc.nic.in/
2. Click on Judgements link on the left
3. In the new page, under "For Districts", click "Judgements Search"
4. Enter State as Karnataka, District as ALL and Text as Skyline and hit search.
5. It will take some time and you can then see around 21 cases for which judgement has been passed
Note that these are closed cases. There are many open cases still in litigation with Skyline.

I do not see any more replies from Me. Dhiraj and his fake supporters, nowadays. They kept ON saying that their customers are spreading lies about the SKYLINE CONSTRUCTIONS, BANGALORE. Everybody can see now, who is cheating whom.
We, about a few more dozens of cheated customers of SKYLINE, have formed a group; and are going to file a complaint very shortly against this builder who is regularly duping the people promising them a home.

After looking at the complaints here. i am wondering if they have really completed and handed over any flats till now to people. This is really strange that they still have heir shop open after so many cases. It can happen only in India. Isn't there a way where consumers can complain to shut down the company.
Does any one know the situation of Skyline Bagmane Champagne Hills. I am trying to purchase a flat in that, as the location is very promising.

I booked an apt in Skyline Waterfront (D-004) in dec 2012. I paid a booking amount of 1 lakh. My booking amount cheque was not encashed for almost 2 weeks as MD was on vacation or probably not available. Cheque was only encashed after MD signed on the application. Now i get a mail from the sales guy that MD has rejected the application and wants a 250Rs increase in per sqft price. Its been 2 months that the booking amount was encashed, and i even spent on property lawyer in getting the property papers verified. Now the sales guy says i either need to pay the increased sqft charges or cancel my booking. This is plainly not acceptable. I will incur losses (property lawyer charges + 2 months interest on booking amount) if i cancel the apt, but meanwhile my financial situation does not allow me to pay the increased price.
Apartment prices around too have gone up in last 2 months for me to book a different apartment. You have left me with no choice of owning a house.
This is cheating. You cannot increase the price after encashing the booking amount. You are just troubling us for no fault of ours. How many MDs have the project got? Why was the booking amount encashed if MD was not in agreement with the price offered by the sales person?

Champange Hill is a 6 Years delayed Projet and still not completed, There are cases opened and people are trying to Bring in a STAY, Hold a Dharna and Call the Media soon at the Skyline Office, They soon will pay for their deeds. Run Dhiraj/Avinash RUN

Please get your booking amount and withdraw as early as possible from Skyline. Do not invest as lot of people are struggling after investing in Skyline Champange Hill project for six years. I doubt whether you would get back your Rs.1 lakh...but consider this as God's grace that you are getting a caution from a victim of Skyline Bogus.

skyline constructions is a company which cannot meet its commitments .. check with any owner of ambrosia. dhiraj who is sweet as sugar on this forum regularly threatens to stop the maintenance that he has not started in ambrosia. infact he is so frightened of bbmp that he has not paid property tax after collecting from owners during registration. he has also not applied for bifurcation of property. people who purchased the property in 2005 are still waiting for OC and Khatha.
I want to buy a flat in Skyline Oasis, As I have read about other project there was a big delay in delivering the project .I need some help from the people whether i should go for it .

Even i am one of the customer of Skyline Waterfront.
I am facing the same issue as you guys.
The Builder is asking for more money now, saying you didnt pay money on time. but in the 1st case the builder has not intimated us of the payment to be made at all.
I have already made payment 75% of the payment and i live abroad.
All the while we used to get great customer care until we made 75% payment and suddently no news at all for 3-4 months and then we get a letter saying we dint make payment and hence need to make interest for late payment, which is ridiculous.
am trying to get in touch with Mr Dhiraj @ [protected]@skylineconstructions no respone from past 2-3 months after repeatedly sedning emails and the customer care paerson ( Rashmi Gowda) keeps on sending emails about late payment to be made.
Guys . please be careful with such companies, who are so damn cheap for some 10-20 K they make your life a hell .
if anyone of you have faced such issue, please help me out to which lawyer did u use to put a case against these builders.

I have booked a flat in SKYLINE Waterfront and have made almoist 90% of the payment, now builder is asking for extra payment in the form of Interest for late payments.
First of all, i dont understand when did i make late payment.
If a demand letter is requested saying we have completed consutuction upto 70-80% accordingly make payment which we have made for the past 2 years now all of sudden he says that there is later payment hence interest needs to be paid.
all my emails are only anwsered saying "Make payment for your delay" only and no Justification as to why to make payment, whose fault is it and when did i make delay .have i made delay in paying my 90% of the amount till now ?
