[Resolved]  Skyline Constructions bangalore — What to do?

GUYS, please be aware of this builder,

even After exchanging mails from past 3 months about the justification for late payment, we still get only one anwser from SKYLINE Constructions that system is generating message that there late payment, hence you need to pay Interest.

I really dont understand whether these people do understnad how the computer works or no.

We are asking for the computation of the late payment and still we get only one reply from Nivedita Bhat that please make payment and MR DHIRAJ is still hiding from anwsering this call.

PLEASE BE CAREFUL GUYS ..SHALL KEEP UPDATING THE STATUS HERE ...so you guys are aware of these cheating people and make a wise decision by not going to this builder

Sub standard employees...
Customer has to go through many departments of Skyline and they don't know at the time of booking what was commitments done by sales executive forget verbal even written.
They start booking just with some peace of paper at the time of agreement they come with something else.
In Oasis they are giving CERAMIC tiles in all bedrooms (10 years old specification), leave it this you can upgrade by putting your own money. In Staircase case too they are giving CERAMIC tiles, just think if anyone fell down what will happen because ceramic tile will have sharp edge.

They don't stay with commitment. Just think if a buyer has invested 10-15 lakhs where will they go.
Still I am thinking what to do whether I should cancel my booking. Please stay away from this builder.

I wouldn't recommend a Skyline property to my worst enemy. I've invested in the Skyline Magnolia apartment and and paid all construction charges on time. In return, 7 years later we've received a poorly constructed building with chipped surfaces, cracked doors and leaky walls. The finishing touches of the flat are crudely done. What's worse is that they are demanding a maintenance charge of Rs. 5000/- per month and we haven't even taken possession of the flat. All our questions have gone unanswered and our queries ignored. PLEASE DO NOT EVER INVEST IN A SKYLINE VENTURE.

We thought of withdrawing the same and contacted the customer care person. When it comes to withdrawing, the customer care executives doesn't bother to answer back, no politeness, they something and don't work on. They say they will hold 25% of the money with them which is really bad.

Dear Dhiraj sir, You may be rich and have lots of money so may not know the value of loosing money. With lot of trust and pooling our life time money we came to your company and invested. Now you say you would forfeit the 25% of the money. This is our hard earned money and for a normal middle class person like us it takes 3-4 years to pool in such kind of money. Just put yourself in our shoes and think. There are many people who might be in a bad situation and require the money(our money). We too are such among them. We promptly paid all the installments when your company asked for, when we want it to cancel you just in one line say "We will forfeit your 25% of the amount". Not fair. We tried to contact you lot many times, no one in your company is ready to give your contact number nor your availability.

I request you to kindly return the full amount paid. It would be great.

I have booked skyline exaltus an year back and I have written you several emails regarding my refund. It is very frustrating that you don't reply back to the emails at all. I have paid a huge amount and now struggling hard to get it back. Nobody is taking responsibility to refund the amount. You should understand that how much interest I have lost in this sequence. I constantly check the status of construction every day as I pass by to the office, its just the incomplete excavation that has happened. Nothing else other than that. I request you to kindly refund the amount at the earliest.

Several issues that I would like to bring to your kind notice:
No major work has been started, only ascavation which is hardly started. But the amount received by your company from my side is more just for doing nothing.
Customer care represntatives sorry to specify her name here, but I have to because she is being very unprofessional. Miss. Nivedhita, god please send her for some soft skill sessions. She speaks as if the money is hers. Her punch line statement "I will see how you will get your money soon". "Your account transfers are with me". God scares me hell out of it.
Your Security person, dosent connect calls to any concerned person.
You claim that your company is very professional, I request you to please recruit few professional people first.

Dear All,
One simply way to get out of all the problems is, spend a little time with an advocate and get your amounts back through the consumer court.
Definitely your can get back your amount with interest and penalty as the builders is on fault...

I am that unlucky customer as well. Booked a flat in Skyline Exlatus and facing lot of issues, Firstly they have not started any work, please find some of the attached recent pics. Its been almost more than an year since we have paid 10% of amount already. Mr. Dhiraj Skyline executive doesn't reply to any of Phone calls. All the executives behave so very rudely. Sincere request to not to go with this builders. Having a very horrible experience. Their papers are not clear and the agreement they provide seems to be faulty.

Please be aware of this builder. This builder talks to you sweetly until he has the money. Later its horrible. We are facing a real horrible experience from this so called branded builder. Mr Dhiraj Prabhu never picks the call nor answers your Email. Its a common man suffering. Please request not to invest with these builders. We have been trying to get our invested money back from past 1 year. Not worth to invest

Hi, I am one more unlucky customer who invested in Skyline Waterfront and repenting each day. They had promised to complete in June 2012 and it's December 2013, still no hope of completing project in near future. No one in Skyline is least bothered about their commitment or our concerns, all of them act so clueless, it feels so frustrated. Sorry to take names here, Ms Reshma who is CRM executive does not know any of the answers or what is happening at project site, she will ask send email for details, after which no reply from her even after repeated reminders/calls..even if you get hold off her in call, all she mutters is 'we will get back to you soon' and story repeats. Then comes Ms Nivedita who is secretary to Skyline MD Mr Dhiraj, she talks so rubbish and rudely, as if she is doing some charity for us in getting this project done, Skyline which is looting hard earned money from customers should invest minuscule part of it in sending Ms Nivedita and it's CRM team for some soft skills. Talking about their MD Mr Dhiraj, I was shocked to see his reactions in youtube and heard the same from many Skyline customers. Me being overseas as to bear with this pain, god knows for how long. I have already paid more than 95% plus interest of closed to 1 lac (getting interest is one more scam Skyline runs to loot more money from customers). Govt has to bring strict real estate enforcement laws so that they can keep watch thugs like Skyline. Now I have already consulted attorney to file a case against them, hopefully something comes out it.

DO NOT INVEST your hard earned money in Skyline, it is not worth to fight for your own money.

I had booked a flat in Beverly park 2 years back but still waiting for the handover, these guys are really big cheaters, this company is fraud, before investing please concern with your friends, even I had cancelled my flat but still I am waiting for the refund, many times I contacted but know one is there to answer the queries. plsss b aware of these con artists. never buy a flat from skyline every project is delayed, even my friend is also facing the same problem as he is a customer of exaltus project some how the work was started but now the project is fully stopped.

i know guys that reshma is a stupid lady sitting there on what base.allthose ladies keep on gossiping .i that is what they r paid for.when customers talk to them .they wont even talk properly to them.

Guys - I heard there is a road which is going through the walls of skyline waterfront project in Yelanka, As the project is still under construction the builder should take up this issue to BBMP instead he writes. Ail to all owners to go and fight we will support you . This is how the builder is, god save us all

@kuttty, do not invest in skyline, it's not just one or few customers facing the issues from Skyline, it's almost all their projects are running way behind in schedule (6-8 years) and still no word/commitment from Skyline about completion. Save yourself money, time and lot's of peace of mind, by not investing in Skyline.
