[Resolved]  Skyline Constructions bangalore — What to do?

Dear Sir,
We had booked a flat with this builder more than 2 years ago. When we booked the flat, we were told that all clearances have been obtained and they promised that the flat will be ready by June 2010. I have paid already more than 60% of the cost of the flat. But, only little work has been done so far. Now, they give the excuse that some pollution board NOC delayed the construction.
In spite of the repeated requests to know from the builder regarding when the flat will be ready, nobody is bothered to give us any answer. They just do not tell us anything at all.
We are being subjected to lots of hardships.
What we should do? Please help me.

i dont know about other properties of skyline but skyline champagne hills we got our registration done
snrkau1- good for you and all customers of Skylline C hills . not sure of the wait time you guys had.
but i have booked project at Skline waterfrom yelahanka and the wait period is almost 4 yrs now. god save us all and send this (Sklyine builder ) to jail
Skyline champaigne hills project was a complete cheating by skyline.this builders lacks ethics and are shameless.

I too have invested over 55.0 lacs in a project in Mangalore developed by SKYLINE BUILDERS, called Blue Berry Hills-1 located at Derebail. The project started 5 years ago and is still incomplete. As you have all guessed I have been duped. The project is not complete with the 2 nos elevators not in place, the Sewage Plant not yet commissioned, the St-by generator not installed & commissioned. Yet the builder (Mr Dhiraj Prabhu) keeps calling me to get my flat registered. The Local Municipality has not issued the "Occupancy Certificate" due to the above deficiencies. However the Builder has submitted a letter to the Municipal Corporation 14 months ago requesting for the 'OC" I am only waiting for the corporation to issue the so called 'OC" without the completion of the above missing items & I will drag the Municipal Corporation & the Builder (Dhiraj Prabhu) to the consumer court.

Please keep away from all their projects whether in Mangalore or in Bangalore or any other part in India as they are cheats & one should not deal with cheats.

Skyline Builders very cleverly go by another name of "ETERNITY BUILDERS" so beware & stay cautious.

We were in the same boat like you in Champagne Hills. The Skyline builder abandoned the project when people started registering after 6 years of delay. We all registered our unfinished apartment and spending money to fix. Out of 6 lifts, only 3 were provided, no STP, no DG and plumbing and electrical works so pathetic. They collected one year maintenance even before no one registered and electrical connection was received and after collecting all the money one fine day they stopped so called maintenance and asked 7-8 registered owners to take over the maintenance.
These builders are real cheaters and the funniest part is the MD of the Skyline is on CREDAI executive panel. What a joke. Beware of this builders.
I completely agree with all the reviews posted against skyline builders, they are the nicest people at the time of taking money and later with no communication and rude behaviour to the customers is forte of these people including skyline MD Mr Dhiraj.

There is no clue of this particular project getting started with no communication from skyline about this Exautls project on kanakpura road. With a lot of follow ups have put a request for a refund to which there is no proper revert from the officials . Moreover, I happened to meet Mr Dhiraj accidentally at his office and was shocked with his rude behaviour towards us and was not ready to listen to any of our concerns.

Oh god, this cheating son of a has done the same with me, in central bangalore. After delay of 3 years, he forced me to register, without oc, no lift, no electricity, no plumbing. His internet website also does not work anymore. May have started a dummy company. How dare this sit on CREDAI, cant believe how i fell hook line and sinker into his trap. We must unite and file a class action suit against him for breach of contract.

SKYLINE CONSTRUCTIONS has changed its name as ETERNITY DEVELOPERS so that they can continue to dupe the public; and their cheating can be concealed.

Dear Friends - I had booked flat in skyline Champagne hills in 2006 Nov and got the registration i 2014 Oct (8 years for completing and registering the flat) These people have delayed and poor quality of construction, No handover process, power disconnected no GPA documents provided poor customer care. I have gone through soo much of mental harassment, financial loss. They will sink one day for all these wrong and false commitments and promises and cheating people.

If you want peace of mind better stay away from these crooks. Now they have started coffe business from the money diverted from Real estate - kal mane coffee... dont even drink this or try.

Flat Buyers Protest Against Builder as Project Stays Incomplete Even After 5 Years

BANGALORE: A five-year-old fight between a real estate developer and his customers came out in the open on Sunday as the buyers protested outside the project site at Amruthahalli.

Around 150 people who had booked homes at Skyline Beverly Park, a project by city-based Skyline Constructions, alleged that the flats are yet to be handed over to them. “The project was scheduled to be completed in 2009. The builder is yet to complete it despite getting several legal notices, ” they charged. They claim to have paid close to 90 per cent of the total due amount.

A lot of customers have taken bank loans without thinking twice about the credibility of the builder. The loan applicants are still paying their EMIs. “We were shocked when last year we received letters asking us to pay around `8 lakh for water and electricity connections. We don’t understand how BWSSB and BESCOM charges can amount to so much. Basic facilities like water and electricity connection as well as lifts are not working, ” said Ajay Shroff, a buyer.

Earlier this year, a complaint was filed at the Amrutahalli police station by the buyers against Skyline’s Directors Dhiraj Prabhu and Avinash Prabhu. The case was handed over to CCB, which later transferred it to the ACP of Sampigehalli. No arrests have been made and police said they would question the builders.

When contacted, HR Manager for Skyline H S Raghava rubbished the claims of the buyers. An email from Dhiraj Prabhu’s office said they have applied for occupancy certificates and are waiting for approval. “More than 50 customers have registered and taken over their flats. You may come along with the customers to our office with a prior appointment and verify the documents for yourself. The completion date of 2009 was given only to a few early customers, ” the response said.

The buyers maintain that the building is unfit for habitation. They said the builder is now threatening to cancel the allotments unless the pending amount of 10 per cent, supposed to be settled upon hand over of the flat, is paid through post-dated cheques now.

Is there any further development at the site of Skyline Waterfront? Has some construction started. I am unable to go to Bangalore and hence asking. Is there a possibility to sell the booked apartment?

I have booked one Flat in skyline exalts Bangalore 2011 December . Still now they have not started this project.
How to get the money back?
They are Scamsters .If God is somewhere this people should die the next day .This people have taken money four year back for Skyline Exaltus and every know and then they come up with new excuse .People like this should be hanged in public .First from three years they said that they will do the construction and know when after getting fed up I asked them refund they are also not doing it .I even requested several time to these people to refund my money but without any use.

On top of it Dhiraj does not have a sense how to behave with people also.I really think there is no law in this country as people like this should be behind bars and not openly doing business .

Hi All,

I have invested in skyline exaltus . They abandoned the project and promised to refund the money two year back till now we are chasing them . Dhiraj is not a professional he doesn't have any guilt feeling . please stay away from them . if any one has invested in exaltus project please contact me .
