[Resolved]  Sleek Kitchen — Kitchen Fittings - Non Delivery in spite of paying full amount upfront.

The sleek kitchen people's been the worst kind of services and support I have ever received in my life, I must say it from my experience now.

An order for twin corner blind left was placed by me about more than 2 months back with one of the company's authorized dealer here in Cochin. Believe it or not, it is still to be honored.

People make a mockery of the order, a kind of cheating I hate to say. They have supplied a twin corner right in the carton for twin corner left after about one month from the date of my order. When complined it took another two weeks to at-least entertain the issue. When contacted the dealer asked me to contact the distributor here. upon enquiry the distributor promised an ACCURATE and TIME-BOUND delivery of the product within a week. The same thing repeated, not kept their words. When complained again, the same person replied that the box containing the Left Blind Twin Corner for me was in transit by courier. He confirmed it over phone during my call. So far nothing has happened, no courier no ommunication.

Sadly, the payment for the twin has already been made by me on the promise that the already supplied Right Blind will be replaced by the requested Left Blind Twin Corner within 6 days from then.

The sleek people have several excuses which are illogical and hence unacceptable. They do not appear to be considerate; a lot non-professional. They appears not to assign value for time in this busy and competitive world. Just see the scenario. Accepted my order more than two months back; supplied wrong product in the pack for the required one after 1 months from the date of my order; collected money from me saying that the product supplied was the requested one; the wrong one is not taken back so far; neither the ordered one has been supplied so far.

The nondelivery has created much of a trouble for me which I just cannot mention here. My project is getting delayed and delayed. I am planning to approach an appropriate statutory forum to redress this grievance due to the Sleek People here. Moreover, I am sorry to say that I cannot recommend this kind of a service from a Kitchen Specialist to anyone due to obvious reasons.
