[Resolved]  Sleek Kitchen — non refund of deposit

Vishal, Sarika, despite several calls,reminders and mails i havent received any confirmation from your side on refund of my deposit.

I had clearly stated that if you dont wish to refund my deposit, pls respond to me on email but havent received any response from your end.

I was awaiting quotation along with design from your end. I called you couple of times reminding about this but dint get any positive response. Last I called you on friday and you committed that you will instruct one of your collague to send it across as u are busy and travelling.

As informed to you earlier I have been chasing Sleek representatives for last 2 months but no luck and have rented out my apt this week.

Since I have proceeded with another vendor.. Please refund our amount in full.

Please refer to our discussion few weeks ago. Attached are the details required by you.. we had paid an advance of Rs10000/- and would like to now go for the modular kitchen.

Please go through the document and suggest how to we take it forward. I assume that being old customer and having trusted Sleek(keeping deposit for 5+yrs) will the best deal
