Smart — no balance on e recharge

I got an e recharge of 210 , it shows successful on the mobile + I received a msg of confirmation. I got no balance so I contact the customer care and they said there is no such facility, at least I should get money what so ever the service may be , its like paying but getting zero, what facility are you providing, have you become o their or what
