Smart Shop — Unsatifactifaction of customer service
I am the sub agent of the hermes ticketing simplified (Smart shop) hear the irresponsibly service are taken in the company the customer service person are not well trained, if any problems came to sub agent, not to be solved, so the sub agents get to lose of money. Not responsible from the service of (Smart shop) , so the sub agent get trouble not give the proper service to the public, public not satisfied about the service.
Please make the some subjugation of public.
Lot of sub agent in all over tamil nadu & also to india
