[Resolved]  smc insurance — not taking any action against my complaint for the forjury done by his employees

dear sir,
I was working in SMC Insurance as SRM in Moradabad.I had to diposit the cheque of my clients policy no.[protected] renewal through the cheque no. 007209 of bank of india from my bank a/c no. [protected] of amounted rs. 50000/-in the favour of Birla Sun life insurance co. ltd.which i had hendovered to my AM named Sahdev Sharma to diposit in the branch of BIRlA Sun life after writen the policy no behind the cheque. but when after passing a long time and calling to my senior many times when he had not handovered the receipt of that policy i had check then I had came to know that my issued cheque in the favour Birla Sun life insurance co. ltd was cleared in the favour of ICICI prudential life insurance co. ltd.and my seniour had cheated with me and my client by making froud signature and making corraction on that cheque.
I had written many times to my company smc insurance through the atteched mails and my client had written to the both ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Co. Ltd.and SMC insurance to trace the status of that funds and refund of that funds and to punnish that gay who had cheated with me and my client, But I have very sorry to say that still after passing a long time we have not received even a single reply from the hand of SMC and not a setisfactory reply from theICICI Prudential Life Insurance Co. Ltd. . For the your better clearification i am atteching the copy of my issued cheque in the attechment and our last sende mails above.

Kindly take any quick action for the refund of my clients fund and to provide the justice with me after punish that gay who had cheated with us.

After not receiving even a single reply from the hand of your company executives and ICICI Prudential and after passing a long time and non contect from us while i have checked the same i have came to know that this cheque is drpoed in the icici prudential life insurance co ltd. under a fresh new policy under the broker code of SMC Insurance Broker co. pvt. Ltd.
Kindly intemate to me that who had done the same and this policy is logged in your code under which broker to take the leagal action against that broker becouse the party have already launched the fir for the same.
