[Resolved]  snera estates — Credit Note

Yes, the complaint is genuine, I too am facing the very same problem/cheating from Snera Estates, booked one apartment with Snera Estates in Amrapali Golf Homes, promised Rs.15/- per square feet as cash back is not paid so far, moreover, now, they don't even pick my phone, visited their office a number of occassions, caught their each and every lie red handed, yet they are shameless people, each and every employee of the firm knows how to cheat clients. Sent a legal notice to these people and shortly going to file a consumer complaint, if anyone else, wants to take help in filing complaint he is welcome.

totally agree with you. i have already taken the ref. no. for filing complain against snera estates. these thiefs are so frauds that any amt of word is less to abuse them. dipak asri seems to be a looter who has invented this new way of cheating people. my only concern is that i am not in ncr and consumer forum people told me that i have to file the complain in greater noida canter. if any help regarding that then i am all out to bring these culprits to book and save some others like me from being cheated.
i urge all those against snera to unite and fight these people for finish

Rajeev, reference our telephonic conversation today, I had filed a consumer complaint against Amrapali as well as its agent Snera Estates, while making its concern employees a respondent to the complaint. The procedure is to file a complaint with (1+ no. of respondents copies) with District consumer disputes redressal forum, the office concerned has now shifted to collectorate complex in Greater NOIDA, you need to get xerox of all your papers, + a filing fee of Rs.200/- for claim below 2 lakh, Rs.300/- for claim below 5 lakh etc., besides there are expenses towards postage of notice/service upon the respondents.
