[Resolved]  snera estates — snera estates fraud company

I have booked a flat in Amarpali centurian park(F1-0202) through snera estates,while booking there representative(Ankita,fraudy & unprofessional employee of snera estates) confirmed me that after paying 10% of basic amount they will issue me blackberry mobile (which they have given me on paper with company stamp).

but from last one month after paying my amount i am doing follow up but not getting any response. firstly she(Ankita) replied that she will make payment rather than giving mobile, i accepted.

when i called her for cash she replied that her MD is out of india she will make payment after his return after 3-4 days , i accepted.

i again called her after 3-4 days ,she replied that she is at her home as her mother is not well.

After that i have given no of calls to her mobile she(Ankita) did n't picked her mobile & was behaving like unprofesional (giving mobile to someone else that she is in meeting & after 15min someone replied that her mobile has lost).

After that i have called on her landline so many times but didn't got any response,she was not coming on line for attending call.


on 02.04.10 i have given call on snera's landline at aroung 10:30am there representative picked phone & told that she will join office at around 11am, then i gave call at 1130,he replied she is meeting please call after 30mins, i again called at 3pm ,then there receptionist & one other representative (AMIT) replied that she has resigned 15 days back & for us there is no value what she has given in written & we will not entertain your request.
now everyone can understand the unprofessionalism of snera estates team.

During my folow up i talked to ankita,amit,sagar.

Please do not do any deal though snera estates & Ankita as they are highly unprofessional.

during my this follow up i
