Me and my 8 friends have been cheated like many others by Snera estates as they have refused to honour the credit note issued by their executive while booking flats in JAYPEE KENSINGTON...Its a sheer case of fraud and false promises...
I urge all those who have suffered to unite and lodge a fraud complaint against the owner

I have booked a flat in Amarpali centurian park(F1-0202) through snera estates,while booking there representative(Ankita,fraudy & unprofessional employee of snera estates) confirmed me that after paying 10% of basic amount they will issue me blackberry mobile (which they have given me on paper with company stamp).

I have booked the flat in Ajnara Deffodil via Snera Estates which address is 406, JOP Plaza,Sector-18,Noida. He promised to give the 20 Rs/Sqft after payment of 40%. Now, I am chasing to them for issueing a credit note. He(Bhupinder) first denied then saying that concerns person has left the company, now he is not picking my call.

I am Living in UK and wanted to invest in Delhi/NCR. Want to share my experience. We booked in Amrapali La Residentia and had a Good Experience through Snera Estates. Through this e-mail i want to advise all other property buyers before investing and do thorough research.

Different experiences for different people. i'hv booked 2 flats through Snera Estates-Decent Experience (Better if compared to Investor clinic). Projects were Jaypee and Ajnara. Rude behaviour from a guy named, Abhinav Dixit, rest everything was fine. All the best for other friends.

Through this post i want to alert the consumers regarding this company named 'Snera estates'. This is a real estate borkerage firm who mainly deals with projects on noida-greater noida expressway.
