[Resolved] Sonarpur Gas Service — Irregular Supply of Indane Gas | |||
I would like to lodge complaint against M/s. Sonarpur Gas Service, Sonarpur, Kolkata - 700150, Phone No. 24347667 / 24344232. The phones are always either busy or bell rings no body picks up phone. I had given the booking of cylinder on 2nd June 2011 but still not delivered. In between also I am trying but their phone is continusly ringing unanswered. Please look into same as the staff behave very rudely and don't co-operate with customers. The Delivery Person ask for extra amount citing reason that they do not get Wages from M/s. Indian gas(SONARPUR GAS SERVICE) — BAD serivice
Respected Sir,My name is Piu Hati.I am a house wife, i have a son just one year, my husband is a service holder in a private firm so i contact SONARPUR GAS SERVICE by telephone.It a probleam for me to visit again and again at Sonarpur. So I contact them by telephone.I am coustmer in SONARPUR GAS SERVICE . MY COUSTMER NO.24227.
I was booked my gas in 31.10.2009. till they cant give the gas.I informed it for 6 times when i am asked they told repitedly it was given by today.
So I requested to you please help me for this probleam.I am waiting for your kind persual.

Please be informed that my Consumer No.with Sonarpur Gas Sevice is 10152.
A Gas Cylinder has been very recently supplied to me against my booking No.508949 vide your Cash Memo No.128.
It is noticed that Gas is leaking and smelling from the said Cylinder. We have personally visited Sonarpur Gas Service office during the last week and have verbally reported the said leakage to them.
They assured that someone from their end would attend to my home and do the needful after inspection of the Cylinder. But till date no one has turned up.
We are afraid, if any thing happens untowards for such leaked cylinder supplied by them.
Could you please intervene and arrange appropriate action and replace the leaked cylinder with an undisputed cylinder to ensure safety for our family.

I fully agree with all the consumers those who have complained against M/s Sonarpur Gas Service. The behaviour of the staff is very rude and callous. I am a consumer of this distributor since last two years. I never got my refill on time. This time also i have booked a refill but since one anfd half months i have not received it. My name is Manoj Kumar Paswan and a resident of Regent Sonarpur, Simultala, kolkata-700103. My consumer no is 29211. IOC Please reign in Sonarpur Gas Agency and take some strict action agaist them otherwise they will play with the consumers time and money.
Dear sir, I have already booked my LPG cylinder on 13.08 15 which has no. 840863. After 20 days on 1st September a message was delivered on my mobile that my booking of LPG cylinder has been cancelled & it also suggests me for a re-booking.So I re-booked my LPG cylinder on 02.09.15 with booking no. is 850642 but still now there is no supply of the cylinder. so Please arrange to early supply.

Indane Gas — Rude & Irregular service
I have booked for a refil of Gas cylinder with M/s Tirumala Agencies, Gajuwaka, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh around ten days back. after a regular follwoup I was shown a receipt drawn on my consumer number on 13.07.2009 and was assured immediate delivery. When I enquired on 16.07.2009 the response was very rude. They were unable to track the delivery of gas cylinder booked on my consumer number. When I protested they advised me to complain where ever I wish to do.Request you to do the needful and see that the Cylinder is delivered at the earliest.
