Sonarpur Gas Service — Gas not delivered

I would like to lodge complaint against M/s. Sonarpur Gas Service, Sonarpur, Kolkata - 700150, Phone No. 24347667 / 24344232. The phones are always either busy or bell rings no body picks up phone. I had given the booking of cylinder on 2nd June 2011 but still not delivered. In between also I am trying but their phone is continusly ringing unanswered. Please look into same as the staff behave very rudely and don't co-operate with customers. The Delivery Person ask for extra amount about Rs20 or more than that.
