Sonarpur Gas Service — delay of service

I would like to lodge complaint against m/s. Sonarpur gas service, sonarpur, kolkata - 700150, phone no. 24347667 / 24344232. The phones are always either busy or bell rings no body picks up phone. I had given the booking of cylinder on 2nd june 2011 but still not delivered.in between also i am trying but their phone is continuously ringing unanswered. Please look into same as the staff behave very rudely and don't co-operate with customers. The delivery person ask for extra amount and he is not carrying any wight machinate with him.
