We are trying to book gas since last one month and the service provider is not giving as connection. Consumer no - [protected].

My father mr. Dilip kumar paul provided all the information they have asked and went to the dealer at least 6 to 7 times in last one month and every time this gas agency harassed him without giving proper solution....

I would like to lodge complaint against m/s. Sonarpur gas service, sonarpur, kolkata - 700150, phone no. 24347667 / 24344232. The phones are always either busy or bell rings no body picks up phone. I had given the booking of cylinder on 2nd june 2011 but still not delivered.in between also i am trying but their phone is continuously ringing unanswered. Please look into same as the staff behave very rudely and don't co-operate with customers....

Please be informed that my Consumer No.with Sonarpur Gas Sevice is 10152.

A Gas Cylinder has been very recently supplied to me against my booking No.508949 vide your Cash Memo No.128.

It is noticed that Gas is leaking and smelling from the said Cylinder. We have personally visited Sonarpur Gas Service office during the last week and have verbally reported the said leakage to them.br...

I am a consumer of Indane Gas and my dealer is Sonarpur Gas Distributor,Sonarpur, Kolkata 700 149, my consumer no is 01252. I have booked a
refill on 04.04.12., the booking no is 334347 and the cash memo no is 10548 dated 26.04.12. but I have not yet received the cylinder till date.
the delivery man in the last instance has asked to give extra money for giving instant delivery on generation of the cash memo but I, disagree...
