[Resolved]  Sony Ericsson Mobile — Service center services

I have purchased this mobile around 6 months back and now it is not working.I have given it for repair at Sony authorised servicecenter.
now after 1 month they tell me that one part of mobile is not available with
service center. Order for that part is given in sony company but company is not supplying that part.......

I regret to point out that I have purchased NAITE phone on[protected] . Quality of earphone connector and earplug are very poor. There is irregular reception because of connector. There is regular problem for charging & listening music because of poor quality of connector design . I have complained about it a no. of times to SONY ERICSSON over telephone as well as through e-mail but without any result. SONY ERICSSON SEEMS NOT TO TAKE ANY CORRECTIVE ACTIONS FOR CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. I have purchase Sony Ericsson w150i but im facing problem in my phone...when i play music phone does restart.

Sony Ericsson Mobile — Fraudulent service during warranty period

i bought sony ericsson - Zylo (W 20) which costs Rs.8500 from saravana stores chennai.it dint even worked for a month.display was not there.then i contacted sony erricson service center and they took one month to set it right.they said the strip was the problem and it was replaced.after 6 months again with in the warranty period keypads were working i approached the same service center, they told strip was the problem,it should be replaced and it is chargeable @rs.2800.we have to pay for that it seems.during the warranty period it will not be included they said.even if i apply with consumer court they were least bothered - these are the words they told..resale value was only RS.500.I feel very bad.it was a worst experience with sony erricson people.so please don't buy sony erricson mobile.service is very poor.please don't waste our hard earned money by buying these mobiles.

I had purchased a sony ericsson handset xperia x10 mini few months back only from new market bhopal . since the first week of my purchase, Iam facing lot of problems with your product.I'm really fed up with the repeated problem and just want to give up this phone.i'm a regular user of nokia and it was for the first time i opted for Sony Ericsson just for a change & new experience, but i don't liked it at all.

PROBLEMS FACED : display problem, charging problem, automatic switch off mobile.

My phone is not giving display most of the time
Its battery backup is worst, fully charged also work for hardly 1 hour.
sometimes its not charging also
it gets automatically switch off in between call
I am very upset and frustrated with the handset

Complain of PSP

I had bought Sony PSP Model E-1004 and after 1 yearit is not working properly. in the PSP an error had occured named as _WAYRHSAQPTZ.com due to this error all the contents of my PSP have been deleted. I want a permanent solution for this.
My new XperiaXZ is in service centre from last 8 days which I purchased on 14th March for Rs. 39, 200/-
1.camera heats while video recording within a minutes and shuts down.
2.Camera clarity is cheap like VGA camera. 3. Phone lags when starts Internet and all messages comes at one time.
4.Phone Restarts several times.
I got Defective mobile And service centre Manager says phone is ok.After few minutes he said it's Software issue and solved once software patch.They updated software and said in future you will not get any issue and returned me phone within 1 hour.On second day phone again started giving me problems.Then on 21St March I submitted phone is Sony service center now it's 8 days There is no call from Service centre regarding status update.it's manufacturing defect.but Sony has a Worst Service, I want my money Back.
