Sony Ericsson W20 — Service Issue

Dear Sir,

I have purchased one Sony ericsson W20 on 14/07/2010 from Mobile Gallery, Trivandrum. After two months my mobile got some ear speaker problem and quality and clarity of loud speaker was very bad. Since I want to rectify the problem, I give my mobile in afore mentioned service centre for service on 24/09/2010 and the Complaint id was SE310SK113649.

They have assured me that the handset will be repaired by and delivered after 20 days. When I go the service centre after 20 days they told me that they want another 5 days. Now they they are not reachable in phone and now when I contact them over phone they are asking for another 5 days. This type of service issues are not at all acceptable from a big company like Sony ericsson. Kindly take neccessary actions to get back my mobile at the earliest after rectifying the problem and please make ensure that this type of service issues are met on proper time.
