Sony Xperia S — not working from past 6 months

I had purchased the "SONY Xperia S" Smart phone for 29,000 rupees on September 6th 2012 and after 4days the mobile started hanging and display becoming blur and low battery back up so i called up the mobile shop and told him about the problem so he suggested me to take the handset to the service center once and i was very sad on that day because this was my 43rd mobile and this was the first mobile of other brand the rest 42 mobiles were of Nokia and i had never faced such problem. As i am working in a Toyota company i wont get the holiday in the weekdays i had only Sunday but on Sundays the service center remains closed so i took a unplanned leave and went to service center. (18th sep) When i took to service center they told me to come after two days and then they told me that the problem has not solved yet, so i told them to repay my money back but they refused instead they told me that they would replace the handset and provide the new one and after 10 days they gave me the used handset instead of new handset on that i had sent my friend to collect the handset because of my busy schedule, by seeing the used handset i lost all belief on Sony company and again i took a unplanned leave and went there but they were not ready to accept that the handset was used when i showed them properly then they agreed and again they told me to wait for a week for a new handset (at tat time i had spoke with Mr. Rajesh [protected] the regional manager of Sony) and i told the regional manager that please give back my money so that i would go for other company mobile but he again he refused with some of my conditions. The conditions are > I had told him that i would not come the service center next time if any problem comes and he would come to my home & resolve the issue. > He would give me my money if the problem persist again. With these conditions i went off and after 10 days ie on 8th October they gave me the new handset. The new hand set was fine for 2 months and after that again it started hanging and very low battery backup and i had no time to visit the service center and on last Friday ie on feb 15th 2013 again my mobile display gone blur and switched off and it never switched on again so again i took the handset to service center because i had lost all the contacts in the mobile and also some important data s also. But this time really i am not interested in using that handset so please get my 29K back so that i will go for any better smart phone. I have lost my important data s three times and i have taken 3 unauthorized leaves with lot of petrol going there so please get my money back. And again I got my mobile on 20 th feb on the same day evening it started hanging, Even the auto rotate option not working, left and right turning sensors won’t work while playing the game, Continuously hanging, Low battery Back up, Display going blur, Even if the application is not open it will ask to close or wait for some time.

From past 5 months there is no reply for this issue from them.. (Complaint Raised on 20 th feb ‘13 and forwarded the issue to sony company on 23 rd feb ‘13)
