[Resolved]  Speed Post India — Document not yet delivered

I have send an important ducument by speed post from Thissur,Kerala on 16-March-2011 to the below address

I called many times to the kolkata post office in[protected]. they were not receiving the call.
Finally once I got connected to the same number and they told they send it to Bhangar post office PINCODE: 743502
and they give a phone number that is : [protected]. and they also give one more refference number: EBW[protected].
After that I called to this number they told they didn't get any document with this reference number.
When I track in the internetthe status is showing it reached the same post office that is pincode 743502.
What I need to do to get this as soon as possible. Because it is very important document.
