My Document no: LD2659264 is lying in your PATNA office since 27th October 2011. I am calling your Patna (Pin-800001) office everyday on[protected] &[protected] . Everyday they assure me that today it will be delivered but now 30th October has reached & goods has not been delivered so far.
WHY YOU ARE KEEPING THE PRODUCT WITH YOU SINCE 3 DAYS & why you have written Payment not Ready on the web site of First Flight Courrier in Tracking of document system ?????
