Sprite — Cost taken is more than printed MRP

The name of the shop is Lancha Mahal.
It is taking rs 10 for a rs 9 bottle of sprite.
when asked why is the rate more than the printed mrp, ge replied that it is the charge for providing the drink in a cold state.
if this is the condition,i wonder why it is called a cold drink.
And i hope that these type of things can only take place in india unless and untill shameless creatures act soon.
