Offer was valid from 15th aug 2022 to 15th October 2022. They made that offer branding on a bottle manufacture of 3rd November to increase the sales.after expiry of offer why they are using on bottles....

I purchased at Costco in Brighton Mi the 35 pack of Sprite. Yes I will return but when I went to use my wood floor was a mess with sticky sprite fluid - half the cans were sealed by EMPTY.
Now I have to lug them back to Costco to replace. What would I like

Today, I purchased 2.25 lit of sprite cold drink which has offer of rs 20 cold drink free. But the shopkeeper cuts down that part where the offer was printed. When I asked about the offer, he told me that's it's cut from the company itself and refused to give me the free offer 20rs bottle.
Kindly take appropriate actions towards the shopkeeper and revert me back with the acknowledgement....

I purchased a bottle of thumps up and sprite at r city mall, ghatkopar two days ago. While price of thumps up was rs. 38, price of sprite was rs. 60... Both were printed prices hence did not argue with the counter staff as i thought maybe that was the actual selling price all over. Yesterday at dmart, chandivali when i checked the price of sprite i was shocked to see it at rs. 38!! Why two different prices at two different places for same...

The name of the shop is Lancha Mahal.
It is taking rs 10 for a rs 9 bottle of sprite.
when asked why is the rate more than the printed mrp, ge replied that it is the charge for providing the drink in a cold state.
if this is the condition,i wonder why it is called a cold drink.
And i hope that these type of things can only take place in india unless and untill shameless creatures act soon....

Grocery Store is selling Sprite 5 Rs higher than MRP which should be punishable.I don't understand what Consumer Forum is doing on seeing & hearing this.
