Dear Sir, Today I went to open a savings a/c of my sister in Central Bank Of India, NJP Branch. There Mr. Ashok who is an employee asked me to submit a sum of Rs.1100 to open an a/c. When I asked him to clarify me why it is Rs.1100. Then he sent me to the Sr. Managers. room. When I met Sr. Manager Mr. Pradip Kumar Roy. I found Mr. Asoke is also inside the room. And Sr. Manager behaved with me like his made servent and instruct Mr. Ashoke to refuse my application with out knowing my prayer. But as per my knowledge it is their one of the duty to help the customer and address their query. So this is my query to the higher authority of Centrak Bank of India that is it my fault as I was asking the clarification of Rs.1100. or it is the way to behave with the customer in central Bank of India's premises.
