Standard Chartered Credit Card — Without Credit Card they are sending the bill | |
Sir This is to bring to your notice that the standard chartered bank is wrongly showing dues in my name for a secondary card which I never received. I only received the primary card. Further I would like to bring to your notice that when I received the primary card I was not intimated that I will be receiving a secondary card also. If they would have done so I would have brought to the bank’s notice that I have not received the secondary card. Was this information helpful? | |

I didn't have the credit card by you. But my name in the CIBIL list. Why?
In those list the outstanding amount showing 57, 490/- this is impossible because in my life I didn't use the credit card which is issued by you. At that time I couldn't able to issue the card. So how is the possible. Please tell me the solution for removing the name from the CIBIL.

SCB- Credit card — No Proper intimation about bills
I acquired a credit card from them last year end. And we might have bought things worth 8000 at the max. i h ad obtained this card from via my old company, which let these ppl in for marketing. later i changed my company and was expecting a call/mail/post to my personal number/id/home. But i never recieved till august 2008. One fine day, they called me and said i need to pay 29000 towards this.I said the executive that i will pay only till the month of feb 2008 and since there were no bills/mails about payment, i felt why to pay unnecessary payment to them.How to react now?Standard Chartered (Credit Card) — Wrong Dues under my Name

I being the genuine customer of your bank and paying the bills regularly without receiving the statements regularly. Even after logging complaints many times the bank Credit Card Section has not taken care of the complains and they are every time charging me extra that to with interest. I will bring to your notice that the bank is not properly functioning, due to which the customers are undergoing harassments.
So I would like to inform the bank to wake up and smell the coffee and do not trouble the customers and work ethically.

The standard chartered bank is wrongly showing dues in my Account Num: [protected] of Rs 26, 031.which is not correct.I never used this card for any reason and ur bank never intimated me about this outstaning.
Due to this outstanding, my home loan got rejected from IDBI bank.I would suggest kindly remove this outstanding from my account and give the correct information to cibil so that any financial institute can saction my loan without any over dues problem.waiting for ur positive reply.

Standard Chartered Credit Card — Never Get a bill on my address
From the day 1 I have never got a bill on my residence address and also nor in my email address. Sir
once I got the call from delhi about the standard chartered bank's credit card, Executive explained all the benefits of the card but after the complete documentation Executive told me that he would provide the other card of standard chartered bank but I refuse to take that card and told him to reject my application.In spite of cancellation the application, bank send me the credit card(Manhattan) at wrong address.

One of the representative called me and asked abt new credit card. i accepted the call and the represenative came to my office and collected the documents and after 5 to 6 verification calls on my mobile, on my office land line number, at my current address personally and at my permenant address by calling phone they sent one titanium credit card which the credit limit less than my current take home salary per month.
So i rejected the card to take from the courior service. After that i called to the customer care and said abt all this and requested about the cancellation of the credit card. They said no need of cancellation becz yet u didn'd received the card.
But after that also i am getting the bills about the credit card and intimating that i have to pay the bill amount IMMEDIATELY.
So what i have to do now?
