Yet another pathetic experience, I received a call from a lady from complaints department in STAR CJ on Thursday(21st July), who promised me that my order number [protected] will be delivered in two days time. According to this, I should have recceived the product by today i.e 23/07/2011. But as expected still waiting for it to be delivered.
The lady who called me very sweetly assured me that she is personally taking up the matter and will keep me informed about the delievry of the product, but she failed to keep her promise and I am really furious about it.
This is nothing else but testing my patience and I am ready to take this complaint to the highest level. This ignorance and lack of ownership is completely unacceptable.
STAR CJ has proved to be one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with and I would make sure that this was my first and last dealing with such a pathetic and un-professional company.
Really a disgsting experience and I am looking for a speedy resolution. I have waited more than enough.

totally agreed, even I have also placed a order of whirlpool microwave. My order number is [protected]. My order is delivered on 26 july 2011. but the free gifts items were not be placed. On the same day, I registered my complaint in the customer care of star cj alive. But customer care executive didn't provide me any complaint number and said that you would be recieving a call from Mumbai office of the Star CJ alive.
Next day, on 27th july2011, I did recieve the call from Mumbai office and the person who called me up, assured me that with in 48 working hours, your goods would be delievered.
But As expected, nothin happens. from 2nd august 2011, I continously contacting customer care of star Cj alive but executive again and again told me that I'm forwardind your call on high priority basis to Mumbai Office and they will surely resolve the issue.
Today is 6th August 2011, Again I call to customer care of star Cj alive and I got to know that Madam as your number is not contactable so we drop your complaint. But as you called us today, so I'll forward your complaint to Mumbai office on a high priority basis.
I don't know, How could a brand of star Cj alive can make such a excuse that my number was uncontactable as I'm receiving all calls exept their call.
I would request to all buyers that never buy a product from Star CJ alive as they donn't deal customers well. and some strict action should be taken by the concered authority as STAR CJ Alive is only making fool of the customers.

I have purchased a 40" Videocon LCD on 31/07/2011. I have also made online payment of 30, 000 through Star CJ site.
Product is supposed to be delivered me within 5 working days.
it did not reach me.
when I asked to customer executive, he said that you have to wait untill 5 working days.
So I booked a complaint on Friday 05/08/2011, again executive said that it will take 2 days to check the status and you will get call within 2 days.
But even as on Today 08/08/2011, I did not receive any single call from Star Cj.
Today when I again called customer care, they are saying that you will get call shortly.
When I asked the Office adress of Star CJ, cutomer executive refused to give the adress.
Still waiting for the call from Star CJ.
This is really disturbing.
and the worst part is Star Cj is not responding properly.
I don ot know even after complaint is lodged and they had 2 days to investigate, still I did not receive a single call from them.

I given a order of easy Mop "ORDER No.[protected]" but after one month not the product is delivered yet nor the your foolish customer care and system know how to solve the problem. Whenever i call (made more than 20 calls) the customer care girl always says they will arrange a call back in one and half hour but not even from your team of fools called me. I need my 100% money back. So do the needful as early as possible nor i have to file a complaint with Consumer forum.

StarCJ — Goods not delivered
I have placed an online order(no.[protected] on 03-Oct-2011 for Kaiserhoff 12 piece Jumbo Cookware Set. The order is still not delivered to me, even after 5 days. The online status of the courier remains the same for the last 4 days "WITH DELIVERING COURIER". Please look into the matter and let me know what has happened.On top of that their customer care is pathetic, they've problem in locating my order(sometimes they say that you've not placed any order). They will not register any complaint (Today I talked to their executive 'Anees', and he refused to take complaint).
The status of my order is 'With Delivering Courier' for last 4 Days.Although they commit to deliver product within 5 days. Attaching the screenshot.

I had bought a Reebok shoe from star cj, I had placed an order of 9 no size but they had send 8no size on 19/09/2011. On 19/09/2011 eve I raise a call to change my shoe but still I had not received my shoe. I had called them so many times always they said it’s in Currier Company when I check with Currier Company it’s in process.Please advice the same

Star CJ says that they have dispatched the product and gave me the reference of the courier company "AFL" and my docket (consignment number [protected]) on 2/11/2011.
I have been constantly contacting AFL and STAR CJ with no joy, the product I ordered has still not been delivered to me, on speaking to AFL they say that they have not received the complete product and STAR CJ says they have dispatched. I am stuck in the middle because the payment has been debited from my accont as the payment was made online.
I am sick and tired of the poor and appalling service I have been offered. I have wasted my money and time making calls to both these organisations getting nothing in return...Please Help.

We bought a Whirlpool Microwave 25Ltr from www.STARCJ.com on 25th October, 2011. Although it was clearly mentioned that the delivery would be made in 5 working days, the TV has not been delivered yet. We have made several complaints via customer care and writing mails, but neither any action has been taken nor have we received a satisfactory reply explaining the reason for the delay.
