[Resolved]  Star Cj — Manufacturing defect not exchanged yet

I bought a product which was delivered on time as they obviously won't delay when it comes to selling but post selling services are poor. Product has manufacutring defect so I placed a request for an exchange.It has been almost a month and I have made no. of phone calls to them but in vain. Moreover, robotic call centre executives repeating same phrases add to my irritation. I strongly advise you to not to buy from them else you will go through same phase if product needs to be exchanged. If they don't do needful soon, I shall drag them to consumer court.

I also watch Star CJ Channel occassionally. However I would like to tell you that they are selling products at a very high price that you would get it with atleast 1000 rs. lesser than their actual price. I have checked with several other products they show on TV and its actual price in the market. I've checked it by personally going in the market and saw by taking that product in my HAND!!!. So believe me, don't purchase anything from Star CJ, we can easily get those product from anywhere else like rediffshopping, tripleclicks.com etc. If you are really interested in genuine products then please refer the link: http://www.tripleclicks.com/11487578.

Date of purchase: 30th August

This is regarding a product I bought from Star CJ on 30th Aug and I found it totally defective at display and Speaker panel.

I requested them to exchange. But After so much of hassle i have not yet recived my product. Everytime they are saying 'you will recive your product soon'. But there is no actiion from Star Cj shopping.



I request you to do the needful as I have tried much from my side but no response from Star CJ group.
