I am I.Sree harsha account holder of SBI branch, Kirandul, Chattisgarh( A/C No: 30258524857). I have transfered money through online banking to SBH on 26th of august. Transaction displayed successful and amount of Rs.6000 had been deducted from my account on the same day. But the money was not credited on the beneficiary account until now. I approached to my own Branch Manager and they are saying that once if we get UTR reference number the money should be transfered to beneficiary on the same day. And they also said that money was transfered to RBI from the branch and they cannot provide any help further.
But the details being shown in my accouont about this transaction are given below.
I would like to conform
1. I made Interbank- sbi group transfer.
2. I credited money in right account number and confirmed thrice.
3. I have not selected option "IFSC" but selected option "Region of bank"
My friend ,account holder, to whom I have credited money, have approached to his SBH branch manager but they also unable to help in this matter.
I have complained in SBI service desk and got complaint number also. I reported to concerned department of SBI and till date I got no reply.
FAILURE OF STATE BANK OF INDIA'S ONLINE FORM SUBMISSION PROGRAM - From Punjab
After paying Rs 250 when I tried to submit the online application, I was not successful in doing so. My web browser had shown errors like :
(1) http:// 500 INTERNAL SERVER ERROR
(2) The maximum amount of time for a script to execute
was exceeded. You can change this limit by specifying a
new value for the property Server.ScriptTimeout or by
changing the value in the IIS administration tools.
(3) Microsoft VBRuntime error '800a4006'
AND MOST SURPRISINGLY WHEN I TRIED TO CALL THE HELPLINE NUMBERS GIVEN ON S.B.I. WEBSITE ALL THE NUMBERS RESULTED IN SAME RESPONSE "WRONG NUMBER"
I THINK THIS IS THE REASON WHY PEOPLE PREFER PRIVATE BANKS OVER BANKS LIKE S.B.I.
WE PEOPLE SHOULD UNITE TO TAKE SOME ACTION AGAINST THIS FRAUD.
I made internet money transfer through onlinesbi.com.in group transfer option.
the amount is debited in my account but the same amount is not credited to benefitiary account sice 10 days. kindly guide me the immidiate steps to be taken .is there any problem to money..

Non issue of Debit Card and Transaction right for my account - Sbi A/c Internet banking
I had opened a Savings Bank accout at (A/C No 030476949317) SBI Vasant Square Branch at Vasant Kunj in New Delhi almost 6 month back.
1st thing they have not issued a debit card in my name till now, every time I approach the bank they say it will be done but that day has not come yet.
2nd I had also asked for Third Party Transaction rights (fund trnasfer) so that atleast I can use my account online.
They kept on telling me that they will do it, untill one day I was at another SBI branch were I came to know thata I have to submit a form for the same.This information was never passed on to me by my branch.Anyways I took the form and submitted at the Vasant Square branch.They took the form and said they will do it.Its been two weeks now and nothing has been done.
Further there is no customer complaint section on the site also were one can submit such complaints except the two phone no`s which are always bussy.
I would therefore like to take your help to resolve these issues.
regarding online Fund transfer - State Bank of India
On 2nd July 2009 I did an online transfer of Rs 5000 from my ICICI account 004701577125 to my SBI account 0010426613216. The amount got debited from ICICI account the same day but it never reached my SBI saving account & after several follow up visits to both ICICI & SBI branches the amount still not got credited back to my SBI account.

The transfer amount was RS7000. The beneficiary did not received the payments and the amount never returned back to my account even.
I tried to call SBI customer care, but did not get any approximate answer from SBI CC executives.
They asked me initially to check with beneficiary bank. When consulted them, they said they didnt receive any money and they dont have any transaction with the given transaction ID. When again consulted the SBI customer care, They told me that the amount will come back in 4-5 working days but its over a month now. I have been contacting both the branches regularly but no help.
Hope this online complaint i will get some help.

Sir, i contacted to branch manager he told me that no one in this branch to solve your internet banking proble m . I have made transaction on 30 july 09 till today they have not cleared my account . You tell sir 12000 rupee not a joke sir but they r keeping me in dark .i contacte d to customer executive he told me that within 2 hour will get your money back . but after 200 hour i could not get my money back .

need the record of online transaction - State Bank of India
sir i hold a account in sbi koramangala bangalore. i had opened the account in june 2008, at that time the bank had send internet user n password, i dont remember wheather i had changed the user id n password or not. now few days back there was n online transaction from my account and amount had been transfered to some bombay account. i had filed n FIR and get blocked that account to which amount had been transfered n i m getting back the cash. i enquired the bank people about my user id n password but they r unable to answere.even police is unable to help. these people just saying tomorrow or day after tomorrow. i wanted to know few things..
1. can this b findout who had done the transaction?
2. on which date n yr my user id n password was created or changed?
3. finally wats my user id n password when the transaction was done?
sir please help me out in finding the person who had done that. and so that i can avoid further incident like this.

I have brought earlier also in your notice that the services of SBI, Mangal Bazaar, Laxminagar, New Delhi are extremely irresponsible. The staff is very edmund and does not work at all and through away very important documents like dd deposited and applications submitted for issuing the cheque books. I have already brought this fact in your notice earlier but no action has been taken yet. I request you kindly to trace my dd of Rs.250000/ deposited in the bank which has not yet been credited in our account 30804428270 even passing more than 4 months. We donot have any proof of our account such as passbook or cheque book. I personally gave an application to issue the cheque book in the hands of one responsible officer which I came to know that he torn off the application and did not act upon the application. Today, I enquired about statement of the account from SBI Jalgaon that my account is not having the entry of dd. Kindly initiate the enquery and take necessary action against the culprit.

on 10/11/09 i transferred 27, 000.00 rupee from my SBI account to my SBM account by using card to card money transfer facility present in SBI ATM . the money was deducted from my account but it did not credited in my SBM account. so i consulted with SBI customer care service where someone tell the money will be send after 2 hours and someone says it will be send on the next working days . so i waited till 12/11/09 . but till now the amount did not credited to my account . so today i went to a near by SBI branch where they told me to send an application to the head office and it will take nearly 2 week . this much long time is costing me a lot more and still i m not sure whether i will get the money or not . sir please advice me what to do . i would be grateful to you.
I went to the State Bank of Bikaner and Jaipur, for opening the bank account with the written confirmation from the PDM college on the letter head (employer).
But the bank refuse to open the account, so please guide me for the further action against the bank or employer which ever is required.
