Iam, KRISHNA MUKHERJEE a retired pension holder in medical & health care department, previously i used to get my pension from ROORKEE- SBI --ADB BRANCH, in uttaranchal state.
My A/C #[protected] recently being shifted to my son;s place in secunderabadAP
just last 2-3months ago, The ADB BRANCH SBI have shifted my entire accounts(pensions) with the same account no. in SBI, st johns road, SECUNDERABAD-AP, after shifting, I got pension from feb-2011, but now they are asking me the PPO(pension payment order), , , plz guide me as iam old, they have stoped my pension, , what can be done, i would be whole heartedly grateful to you all

Dear Sir,

I am a retired Director of DoT, Delhi. PPO No.6-715/2000/PFP/1025. I have been drawing my pension from the Central Bank of India, parliament St. I requested to transfer my Pension Account to the SBI Sector 12, Dwarka. CBI forwarded the papers to SBI. Your section raised certain objections. Those were clarified. in the mean time, Contoller of Communication Accounts have written to the CBI to take back the documents and rout them through the Communication Accounts Officer(Pen), DoT Bldg, Prasad Nagar, New Delhi -5. This new twist, Iam afraid would result in undue delay in finalising the case. i was paid the pension up to 31st March by the CBI and they wanted SBI to take over further payments.

My question is can the SBI interact directly with the Communication Accounts Officer (Pen), and settle the issue rather than returning the documents to the CBI again? As a request from an old pensioner, SBI should consider this on priority and allow me to draw the pension which is at present heldup

GRANT OF DISABILITY PENSION

1. Hi sir im EX HAV NO 4058858 Jagmohan Singh inform you that this office is recovering of Rs 81, 221 (RS 2500/Month vide your recovery letter No S/11775/97 dated 15/07/2011) from my Disability Pension since Feb 2008 SBI Vibhadra AC no [protected].

4. Sir Im facing a big finical problem due to this mistake of Bank, and still have not any information about the progress on this case, so plz sir take case and resolve the problem at the earliest for betterment of my financial problem.

With regards, it is intimated that my pro rata pension was revised
by Principal Controller of Communication Accounts, Department of
Telecom vide orders No. PPO No. 2-4/PC-11329/PRPPO-2968/PLG/PEN dated
15.5.2012 from Rs. 1275/- to 1445/- w.e.f. 1.11.1998 and arrears were
to be drawn from 1.11.98 to 31.12.2005. The letter was issued to my
branch through your branch. But quite surprisingly, arrears have not
been credited to my account No.[protected] operational in
SBI, Chanderlok Building, Janpath, New Delhi.
Kindly look into the matter on priority and issue instructions to

Dear Sir,

1. Please refer my following details in connection with subject observation:-

(a) Details of family in respect of Late Pulin Bihari Acharya vide CII Dehradun letter No. 231/I dated 30 Oct 75 showing my date
of birth as 07 Dec 1927.
(b) My Family Pension Payment Authority letter No. G1/C/67072/XV dated 31 Dec 1975.
(c) PPO No. C/NI/5839/76.
(d) My SBI Raipur Dehradun Saving Bank (Pension) Account No. [protected].

2. Details of Pension disbursed are also furnished as under:-

(a) On attaining the age of 80 years I have been allowed 20% additional pension w.e.f. years 2008 i.e. immediately on
introduction of Govt.orders.
(b) Till Sep 2012 I was paid Pension = Rs. 6930=00.
(c) In Oct 2012 DA arrear from Jul 2012 @ Rs. 243=00 (i.e. 243x3) was credited.
(d) It is surprisingly noticed that from Oct 2012 onward my pension is being credited @ Rs. 6020=00 PM instead of
Rs. 6930+243 = 7173=00.
(e) I have not received any intimation on this issue till date. In this regard I also tried my level best to find out the reason from my SBI Branch Raipur Dehradun, but they have also confirmed from their record that no intimation on account of reduction of my pension has so far received.
3. Apart from the above facts furnished under ibid para-2 it may also be considered that as per para-1(a) above as on 07 Dec 2012 I have completed 85 years and entitled for 30% enhancement on my family pension.

4. In view of above, I shall be very great full to you, if you kindly look into the matter and review to enhance my family pension immediately.
