As per the Teakquity Certificate given by you the first Interim returns and Second Interim returns under plan “E”.
I am very sorry to inform you that we could not get the first & second interim returns / payment total on the due dates. Please confirm the Interim returns / payment details if you had sent on the due dates, otherwise arrange to send me the First & Second interim returns / payment immediately.

I have received three Bonds nad as per them I should have received the two interium returns by now but till date Neither i received any return nor any assurance from company.

Vide Application No. K407933 / Certificate No. F3047, I hold 3 teak trees (hope). I was guaranteed 1.06 cu mtr/37.5 cft per Teak tree planted at : Kanavaipatti Village, Andipatti Taluk, Andipatti Sub Registration District, Periakulam Registration district in the lands to an extent of 10 acres, which was purchased on 11/11/1994 maturing on 10/11/2014.
Though I have changed my residence, I have no reply of acknowledgement of change of address etc. and I also wanted to come out of this investment.

Teak Trees — Non return of expected returns
I have Purchased 5 Teak Trees in the year 27.12.1993 with a Purchase value of each teak tree is Rs.1275/- and the maturity value at the end of Dec 2013 is Rs.310000/-. At the end of 6th Year I have to receive Rs.4000/- return i.e. 27.12.1999, & Rs.18000/- at the end of 12th year i.e. 27.12.2005. So far I have not received the above returns. My Certificate No.E2981, Application No, T 26595, Survey No. 229/2, 241, 242/1, 218/1 in Parivrisurian Village, Panagudi Sub Registration, Tirunelveli.
