[Resolved]  Sun Direct — no service available

In our sun direct dth when the factory default is activated it displays that 'no service is available'.

I also have SUN dth.
I am suffering from the same problem from yesterday night and not getting connection to contact the customer care.
same problem here i heard that there is something wrong with the satellite connection the problem will b solve by today evening
From yesterday 07.07.2010 onwards Sun Direct is not working only limited channel are available ...

Sun Direct has spoiled the Football world cup miserably.

sun direct is a worst network i am one of the victims of it they r not even ready to refund money instead of their failure better to move consumer court
Very poor service by Sun DTH. They will advertise like anything but never comply with that...so pity on people who are trapped inside their arm, for the few weeks i have bee facing signal problem and especially on FIFA seasons there were no signals at all.
When i tried calling customer care then they give the routine procedure which we tried already then they simply say "Contact Distributor"..I am really annoyed of their response...
Hope I must have taken genuine players like Tata Sky, Digital TV...
I am having sun direct when ever i turn it on it just shows me a message "e50-32 no services available when will all services be restored, we understand some issue with satellite but its frustrating as till date there is no update as to when would the services get restored. Today is day 13 by the way without any channels. Sun direct must be sued for this, they have to restore full services within a day starting from now, this is really too much.

Last few days i am seeing in some channels I am seeing the message as dish need to be tuned whenever we call customer call either they are saying the person will come and attend the call in 1 hr or they are giving some distubutor number.. when we call the number given by the customer care, the number doesn't exists or not available...The customer care people is not answering properly. very bad service. Since October 23 rd 2010 onwards my SUN DTH is not working. I could not get a concerned authority to complain also. The call center people are every time recording the complaint and nothing is happening. For the last 18 days my Sun DTH is not working. total failure of servicing on the part os sun DTH. I am from VIsakhapatnam. Gajuwaka Area.

Sun Direct — Very Poor Service. Channels not aired

I bought Sun Direct in October 2009. It blacked out for one month due to satellite issues. We were not compensated for this. Further, I renewed the same on October 10 2010 for the next 1 year. I am not getting the channels promised. This is because the direction of the dish needs to be changed since they have now gone to a different satellite. I have registered and escalated this 4 times now and I have always been promised that a technician will attend in 48 to 72 hours. I have waited for more than a month now and there is no response.

I want to get back my money since I will not go for Sun Direct anymore.
I T K ROY from vizag having problem for two months, I am calling to customer care they are not responding positively. Even for retuning, I asked several time they commited to send a technisian but after ten days there is no person. What a poor service they are providing!

i am not getting sigal for the past 4 days, i am trying to contact customer service but no response, today i tried once again but it tell there is no service.
15 days back one technician (contract on sun network) changed the direction and i have paid 100 rs. for them. Total sun packages is not getting.
Pl. kindly do the needful or inform me, let me cancel sun direct and switch over to next one.

I am very unhappy with the sundirect customer care response...I have given a complaint to change the direction on Nov11th till today nobody has come back.Whenever i will give a call they will tell the same story..we sent ur complaint to backend team they will come back..thats ...
