Recharge and activation problem

I had brought sundirect dts till last month was not working.then i have brought Rs 100.recharge card but i could not recharge it .cause 044-39407575 number not responce.
Then i tried mobile recharge but no responce what can i do.

Please activate it.

i have paid advance up to next march 2010 for subscription for sun direct tv channels with additionals telegu @ kannada paid channels. but now shown that channels are scrambled even though i paid additionally for the additional channels.
my smart card #41144562026R.


please activate the additional channels

Sun Direct customer care is deaf & dumb.They are very slow in activating but particular about cutting off the services without informing. They are not following the terms and condition. The chennels which were guaranteed in the catalog are also cut.
