no response from customer care

i bought sun durect DTH 19 days back from distributor chennai.. it was working for hardly 2 hours then it got some problem( set top box not working) i complaint to the customer care 35 times(i have the proof with detailed phone bill)till now there was no response from their side......

I am new subscriber of SUN Direct DTH Connection.The Quality of Channel Reception is amazing during regular weather, but during rainy time I have experienced off no signal Error (something like "E48 No Signal") appearing on the Television Screen.Once this happens, there is no resumption of Signal anymore and we will be able to watch the Channels only after switching Off and Switching On both the Television and the Set Top Box.I do not know whether this is how System Behaves in all the Cases, but Surely this is going to be a major SetBack if it happens to be the same in all the cases.

I use Sun DTH and my problem is also similar to this. I see 'E48 NO signal" kind of error for most of the channels. I was able to see all Tamil channels listed when I received the connection. But then it became worser. Only Podigai, Makkal and Mega TV are clearly visible. I called their support in Bangalore during the first week of November and no response from them. Whenever you call, they'll say that they'll send it to the technical dept and they'll fix it. They'll ask you to keep the set top box in on mode for a day. nothing will happen. I contacted them after a month, yesterday. The person assisted me to upgrade a software through the set top box menu. He said that it will be corrected once the software gets downloaded. But nothing happened. The service is too poor. Atleast if the cable TV is not good, we can ask the cable operator when he comes for collecting the money. In this case, other than the customer service center, there is no other go.
Samething happen to me, i am not getting the signal, then i called the customer service, they told to call my local distributor, then i called my local distributor, the came and checked then he gave me another no to call technician, I tried to call the technician over 25 to 30 times. Once in a while he picks up my call and tells me that he is driving. Nearly 10 days, till i am not able to watch any channel, not able to get any person.
Thinking to cancel sun direct, but will not get refund.
Yes, I am also facing a similar problem. Since a week I am getting 'E48 - No signal'. When i called the customer care, they were telling me to do as per their instruction with the DTH remote. When it failed, they informed me to contact the local distributor. When i went to the distributor in person, they said their technician will be reaching me. It has become 5 days till now. No one from Sun DTH have come. I am feeling bad with Sun DTH now. I am able to watch only Podhigai, Makkal & Mega tv. I dont know really what these DTH people will do if these kind of things happens to them. They can prepare a FAQ sort of procedures and solutions and publish in the web. Hope they will become matured in near future.
E48-No Signal Error.

Yes. Iam also facing th same problem. All the time a error occurred that E8 No signal. I called customer care to chennai. They guide me to reset the factory setup. But still Iam sufferiing the same problem. Finally Scold customer care and I asked them to guide me to surrender the SunDirect Connection. I have no Idea. If anybody know about to complain at Consumer court, please guide me.

I had the same problem. We replaced the cable with the help of a local electrician and it worked. Now I am not having this problem. Yes, their customer service is the worst and it is very difficult to get their customer care line. Even nodal officers cannot be reached and e-mails sent to them will reach trash. Hence I resorted to a local technician to correct the problem.
During rains if this happens then surely the problem is with the cable as water may entered the cable.

This [censored]ing thing is happening everywhere...The customer care is the worst and website utter waste.Any time u switch on the tv the error codes like E48, E52, E16 will appear...This will happen often during peak hours...

I am also experiencing the similar problem. No signal (E-48...) None of the people are responding to attend the same. Moreover we bought a charging voucher to re-charge the same but unable to re-charge., then finally charged through "Credit Card". Worst Service.
I bought a sundirect DTH before an year . but the picture resolution for the past two months what i am getting on my television is too bad.Some times picture got struck & error signal appears like ( E 48 NO Signal ).i don't know how these kind of problems appears in such a greater planned organisation.it seems you need to plan more on broadcasting.i hope at least you shall consider this complaint & give me feedback as soon as possible.
I am also getting same problem. check whether any disturbance near the antenna... for example Tree like that... bcz of that u'll get some E-48 siganl error.

there was problem in our sun dth connection for a month and we giving complaint daily but their was no response from customer care service centre and we reside in annanagar centre of the city..

all the providers have same problem .Vision Asia also falls in the category, worst service. When it rains it goes for six. E16, E48, E52.
Call them and they just beat around the bush, switch it off, take the card out, put it back etc..
Mega TV and Makkal TV Missing
From 04 Mar 2010 night onwards, i am also not getting Makkal TV and Mega Tv.I think it's could be political problem.i am using SUN DTH. So i am going to remove my SUN DTH connection.please tell me which DTH connection is best?

i am new sun dth connection customar. the quality of channel very poor. i have expericnced of no signal error (something like E-48 no signal. six main hindi channel zee cinema, wb utv movie, utv bindass, nd tv imagine, star plus, etc, plz. you follow up. smart no. [protected].
Service is very poor. Customer Care people will not respond properly. They will ask me to trun on the setup box, TV and then select the channel #100. They tole me to don't change the channel for some it will work after 30 mins automaticaly. I'm sure that will not work after another 2 days also. I'm not getting much help. So, here I'm posting to save/help to other. My humble request is don't go with the Sun DTH. If you would go with the wire network, it is better always. Since, they will respond to your call at least he will respond you while he come to your place to collect the money.

Please don't go with SUN DTH.

smart card balance is avilabale to next two months, but from[protected], 18-300 hrs no service or some time no signal only displayed in the T.V. screen. Tried chennai customer care but tyared till now that is 18.30 hrs on[protected] as and when i called the recorded voice repeatedly says that all its customer care attendants are busy.It is clear that the adminstration is incabale or the system is totally failed or otherwise the admnistrtors of the sunDTH doesn't care the customers. The only over all remedy available to the customers are to join in hand at larege to take the issue to the appropriate forum.

Is [protected]R. I am unable to see any channel since July Fist week onwards.

I have contacted your customer representatives greater than 30 times. Your customer care executives promised to resolve my connection problem with in a days . But fact is the problem is not fixed yet. I already lost one month time without seeing any channels. After so much frustration I am placing this issuing in front of you.

With last communication with your customer executives i got few references listed below for your use.

After then every day I used to call to your customer executives but no action taken place till today.

I have given enquiry form on 4th August 2010 describing all the matter even though there is no response from your end. I have complint to Nadal officer on 5th August. 2010. No reply.

Sun DTH Error E16 service currently scrambled

Sun DTH upgraded software recently and there was no relay for a week, after that they have stopped relaying 3/4 channels of all languages without informing customers, once we complain they say some channels are no more others you get after 2 hours and a message E16 service scrambled appear appear on screen, when we complained we lost another 50 channels, again when we complained all channels were gone and E16 appear on screen, call centre is silent and no signal for last 3 days.Recently we have problems every 2 months you have to pay local agent and get it rectified, our advice is avoid sun Dth as it is trouble some.

Sun Direct DTH — Non reception of signal

I G Gopal resident of Ramamurthy Nagar, Shanthi Layout Bangalore had lodged complaint regarding non reception of signal since 3 weeks. After repeated complaint lodged to customer care and also nodal manager of bangalore action had been not taken till the date. Due to this type of service we are not able to see the news channel also, so this had breakdown our hearts. Satellite problem is related to sundirect firm we are suffering and customer care is also not responding and asking for payment. So i request you to clarify the matter urgent and give good response. Otherwise compensation is required for these three weeks due to which we are not able to view the channels.

When I compained to Sun Direcct Customer care (Complanit No.[protected] on 23/10/2010, they assured to me that they will send the technician within 24 hours to solve the problem. Nobody turned, so I again complained on (Complaint No.[protected] on 28/10/2010, then they assured they will arrange to send the technician and solve the problem within 72 hours. SUN DTH — DTH satellite problem , not attending to complain since last one month

Some of the channels are not working . I have complained to the sun tv customer care more than 5 times in the last one month but no one has attended to the problem. They are saying the setelite has to be reset by our technicians and they would do it free of cost. but due to non availability of technicians it is taking more time to attend to this. but all i am requesting sun tv to attend to this problem else they should take out his unit and refund my money so that i can go to another service provider.

SUN DIRECT DTH SERVICE — Dead Service For 2 Months

There seems to be massive maintenance triggered by Sun DTH for realigning the dish. Initially, the STB prompted warning message to call technician to fix this issue free of cost. I made a request through customer care. No one turned up. In next couple of day only few channels showed up. Though I paid for premium channels I was not able to receive any of them. And in next couple of days, the entire service stalled.

I don't even get a single channel for past 2 months and I am still paying for it. I can neither withdraw the amount I recharged nor get this issue solved. I called up customer care several times. They keep asking routine questions and finally promise some technician will reach us in 2 days. I hear the same template message every time I call. Also the nodal officer number for TamilNadu is not reachable.

I am the costemer of SUN DTH. From last two Month I am complaints to change tune of satellite. My smart card no[protected] My Name is Ravikumar.K . My complaint is that SUN DTH changed to somany channel to other satellites. Your chaneel itself shows the same and distributor or dealer will come change it without any cost. I Am already done the same to call centre[protected] but highly regret to intimate that no body taken any responsibility to do necessary or atleast a minimum courtesy to enquire whether it is rectified or not? And now a day facing the problem to get the telephone due to the reason speak to them . And you your dealer number neither they are picking up the telephone nor (Prism Infratech) they will come do it because they will charge Rs. 200/- for their visit. Then what is remedy. Pls find solution. Or Please take back all the equipment and re-imbersurment to me. Actually i am fed up. The reason is I have spent my money for that i am not getting any return. So please take the action and immediate do what ever suits to you.

Sun Direct — Dish tune up not done for last 3 months

I am consumer of Sundirect Satellite TV.

I have done recharge for 2 months by OCT 2010
there was a information displayed sundirect all channels were moved to new Satellite and Sundirect will do free alignment for all consumers however this was not done for last 2 months.

i have tried to reach the phone number displayed[protected] , there was no proper answer when this will be done.

need your assistance it pushing this and get this long pending issue fixed.

Sun Direct — No attendance to the complaint of No Signal in Dish

We have taken Sun Direct Connection about a year back, initialy it was ok but from past 6 months their services are simply yuck their dish is almost most of the time out of signal, after many complain on their customer care there is no response, they always give false promises and their engineers never turn up.

Please adhere to this matter it is simply matter of cheating.
The news of this irregularities by Sun Direct officials nad there customer care in chennai as well as other district areas complaints news has been published and the customers has to put an FIR against such Channels peoples who are playing with customers value and time by calling and requesting 100 times and no responce and no technical persons they are sending till now from there side the people must come forward to lodge complaint against them by putting smart card number in cousumer complaint website and a action must be taken against them immediately

My Smart Card No-[protected]. I have activated my account on 02.12.2010. Since than I am not getting any reception of Sun Direct. Message displayed on the TV screen was "Searching for signals"
I lodged a complaint on 04.12.2010(Complaint No [protected]). I was told that dish need to be realigned since Sun DTH satellite is relocated. Technicians will be visiting soon to my place.
Till date nobody has attended the complaint. I have contacted several time customer care and every time I was told that "Very soon some body will be attending your complaint". Even after 22 days no body has attended. 1 month of validity period is also lost without any service available. I sent complaint through e- mail also on 03.12.2010 and 16.12.2010 but no reply is received till date. Ultimately I contacted the local distributer of Sun DIRECT and his technician did the realignment and charged me Rs 250.00 but still no signal is received. Now E-100 and E-16 messages are only displayed. On 30.12.2010 again I contacted customer care and as usual they assure that technician will visit but no body has turned up so far.
As a last resort, I request you to do some thing at the earliest. Can somebody help me.

Last five months iam getting a similar message. Everytime I call the CC they say person will come and solve it. Today when I asked have u been charging for these 5 months they said Yes! What nonsense, they charge for not providing the service also? Then they say will extend your validity. Did a big mistake by buying SUN DTH.

(4)Their basic Renewal polacy is wrong: For example. Say from 15th May to 14th June is a month and they do the renewal on 14th June to 13th July for the next round. Remember for 14th signal I have already paid and they are charging me twice for that day. By year end I lose nearly half month subscription amount like this for no fault of mine. I tried to explain to the customer care a number of times. (5) The print out I took from my SUN connection account attached to this complaint explains this

(2) Subsequent to my complaint above I visited SUNDIRECT nodal officer located at Hyderabad(Bowenpally) on[protected].To my surprise I found additional irregularities as listed bellow and their explanation for the same:
(a) To cater to my add on channel payment requirements I keep a sum of approximately Rs.300/- requirements. They have deducted Rs.99 (taxes pre-collected) towards monthly renewal off Telugu basic package on[protected] which is in addition to my Telugu value pack one year subscription( Rs. 1187.67) already collected by them on[protected]valied upto[protected] as per their annual renewal scheme prevailing at the time of renewal). Yearly renewed package was changed to monthly renewal at their vim’s since amount credit is available in my account and charged additional amount. THIS IS HIGHLY IRREGULAR and I WANT MY ANNUAL RENEWAL SCHME TO BE CONTINUED AS THIS SAVES NEARLY FIFTEEN DAYS FOR ME IN AN YEAR. Additional Rs.99 charged must be refunded.A copy of money collection made by them is enclosed.
(b) They told add on package discount 15%was discontinued from April 2011 thought the advertisement is still there on their web site.
(c) A day advance renewal on add on package is embedded in their renewal soft ware as per renewal hour which they cannot help me –BY RENEWAL ON THE EARLIER DAY THEY ARE CHARGING ME TWICE FOR THE SAME DAY AS EXPLAINED IN MY EARLIER COMPLAINT.
I want through this complaint all the SUN consumers to get benefit: 1. Remit back 15% discount for all the months for add on channels
2.     Hi,
    I bought SUNDIRECT DTH box on 05/06/08 from Sai Akshar Agencies, Attapur, Hyderabad. Ph:[protected], mobile: [protected]. The first day it self the DTH box was not working. I have called them, but no response, nobody was attending the problem. After repeatedly calling, the problem was solved after 7 days.

    Again after 2 week the box is not working. I have called them for multiple times, but nobody turned up. Still my problem is not solved.
    This is the worst service i ever faced with any vendor. Every time i call them, they comitt some time. but they never honoured the committment. Ulitmatly in 30day i have not used for 15days.

    Sai Akshar agency, SOLVE MY PROBLEM. OTHERWISE GIVE MY MONEY BACK.

      I had recharged my account on 26.06.2008 through net. But it was not activated, I am not getting any channels on my TV. On 27.06.08 I called up customer care[protected] toll free no [protected]- not getting line), they booked complaint & gave me ref no-[protected], same time I reported to local dealer[protected]. This problem was not attended. Again I called up on 30.06.08, same they gave me ref no-[protected]. On 01.07.06 again I called up customer care, they not given proper solution, then I called up local dealer ( golden Flates, Mugappaire, Chennai), they toled me, there is no complaint booked in their register, then I started shouting, then they send person @ 6pm. That person adjusted the dish, now it is working.

      Sun Direct — not installed channels

      even after paying the amount, this company has not installed the channels after 8 days.
      Hi All,

      I too got 'No signal ', some times ' Searching for signal' issue
      in my sun direct in Raining times.

      After I contacted the customer care, they told me to remove the card, 3 wires related to TV and Set top box. Unbelivable, I got my signal back.
      I hope some due to the chip issue or microprocessor issue, it happends, You also try disconnecting wires and smart card and try once.

      Sundirect — VERY WORST SERVICE/RESPONSE FROM DISTRIBUTOR AND CUSTOMER CARE

      I bought sun durect DTH on 17th Decfrom distributor chennai (Chandra traders, Selaiyur).. it was working for hardly 1 day then it got some problem( set top box not working). then i contacted customer care, they initially try to give some instuctions but they couldn't able to resolve the problem, they directed me to contact the shop i purchsed the settop box. I contacted the shop they initially told that they will send some of their representative to take care of it, but yesterday they said i need to conatct the distributor (M.S. distibutors) or the person who installed the sundirect . But tried to call them with their land line phone[protected] cannot able to reach them, since yesterday, always busy( not picking up the phone). I Believe SUN group is having good reputation with public. I believe these people will spoil it. It is not good to handle the customer like this. it will defently irritate the customer. Please help to resolve my problem asap.

I ordered sun direct 2 days before, I spent Rs.100/- only to get it activated and now it is arround 36 hours passed but no channel is working, I talked with the Costomer Care and My Dealer at Gurgaon.Even I made full payment but still suffereng from there response. So Don't use Sun Direct. I am going to lodge a case in Consumer Forum it will not started tomorrow.

      Anilkumar from Virar (mumbai) am using Sun Direct Dish connection from Saloni Enterprises, Malad (Phone No.[protected]. It has not working properly.

      I first complained for the same on 29th March 2009. Spoke to Mr. Suresh. He told me he would attend to the call on Monday i.e. 30th March, 2009 but for one week there was no response.

      I then complained again on 4th April, 2009 and spoke to some operator there. She told me someone would come on the next day i.e. Sunday 5th April. 2009 but till date nobody has come to solve the problem.



      Kindly look into the matter on top priority and expedite the same.

      I am trying the sundirect number 39407575 and[protected] and their Tamil Nadu Officers number 43411434 but the number is engaged all the time. When the nodal officer number is ringing, there is no one to pick up. I think when they are in the seat they keep the receiver down and they are leaving the seat they will keep the phone properly.

      COMPLAINT REGARDING VERY POOR SERVICES OF SUN DIRECT(DTH SERVICES)


      I took a Sun Direct connection from SUN DIRECT TV (P) LTD. Distributor office M & S Technologies 183, Anand Complex, Pitampura, New Delhi -110034 on[protected] with 103 free channels. The distributor assured me to give certain 103 channels on the subscription of Rs 999/- on behalf of the Company. But after 1st April 2009 one channel namely COLORS is not coming on my TV. I called on the help line number but It was told that this channel has been a pay channel now and we can not give it with free channels. It means that if the any other channel become a pay channel after some time than I will have also to pay for it.
      I have a subscription for 10 months and I must be given all the certain 103 channels as I paid for. I have a contract with SUN DIRECT for 10 months, I don’t care how many channels are connected with this channel in what terms and conditions. If I knew about the very poor services of this SUN DTH Service, I never went for this service. I think I have purchased a tension for my self but not a SUN DTH Service.

      Sir, I am a sun direct tv customer. My Smart Card ID is [protected]. I am already recharged my monthly subscription upto Jul 2009 and Pay channels upto June 2009. Today the 06th May 09 I am not geeting any of your pay channels and am trying your telephone for last one hour and it is telling that all lines are busy what is this ? Is it your servce.       This Sun Driect Have the ever dirty and illitarate people to give the service. I had called up the Dealer And has to wait for 5 days to get the thing done. The engineer came to my place and said he requires 150 Rs as he came driving the bike to myplace. Can any of the officials tell where is the forum which tell what kind of charges for which problems.       I am expereincing lukeworm attitude of SUNDTH towards theorir customer's complaints. I bought SUNDTH in Jan 2009[ Number: [protected]]for one year with six months subscription to Star Cricket. Abruptly Star Cricket was stopped in the third week of May 2009 and inspite of my three reminders sosfar, Star Cricket is still to be enabled. I have contacted the nodal officer also thro mail. I contacted customer care thro net and phone. All are no avail. It is indeed very poor service after sales and i look forward to remedy this problem. i am thinking of approaching the consumer forum.
      POooooooooooooooooooooooooor Customer care, would never advice to buy sun tv.
      it is a not good decision incresing the monthly rental,

      The customer login page does not work, i ve tried for many times for the week and also tried customer dont care - number; and really they put you on the IVRS of their PROMO. for 30 min and the line gets disconnected, people beware of SUN DIRECT.
      I hope this is the worst dth service... please every one tell all ur friends not to subscribe it... We are not able to access any channels from this.. waiting time when we call to the call center is around 40 minutes... though u r not going to have the service
      We have purchased sun direct before 6 months & after 4 months connection is not working, now it's more then 2months they are not responding for repair, we have complained many times in customer care & distributor also but they are unable to resolve the problem.

      if we asked to distributor for repair then he says the sun direct company is responsible for that & if i asked in company customer care they asked - distributor is responsible for that.

      SUN DIRECT IS VERY BAD IN TERMS OF CUSTOMER SERVICE.

      Your service is Very Very Very Bad. See my feelings, I can not express by words. my service provider is from Karunagappally, Kollam, Kerala. I have charged Rs. 200/- for Set max for seeing IPL. However, after 1 month they are saying no balance when I ask a Topup for star cricket. So pls, avoid to give the service this kind of frauds. And the service which they are providing is HELL. Really It is very big loss for me by choosing Sun Direct. Plz do not subscribe this type of cheating service.
      I have purchased Sun Direct DTH on 03.06.09. They said the services would be activated from 04.06.09. As usual it didn't happen. Late night on 04th, connection got activated. But only Sun shine pack activated where as I have paid for Tamil pack, Mercury (Star movies, HBO & Sony pix) & Star sports, ESPN, Star cricket pack. I logged online for checking for the details & shocked that the owner of the smart card was not me. I called Customer care (one of the worst ever I have seen in my lifetime) & got the reply that you have to deal with distributor / dealer. Very very pathetic. I had called dealer & fired him. He said that he will issue a new smart card as there was some data entry issues. Next date till I called them at 10am, nobody was bothered to call me for new card issue. I got a reply from dealer that he's not having manpower to issue & will issue the next day. I replied, you pay me back whatever I have paid. He said OK, we will have to less installation charges. I told I will not pay even single penny, Please take back all your equpiments. Then he conviced to send a person & I got the card replaced. After which I got all the channels for what I have paid. Since I don't want to waste the same during my recharge, I thought I will subscribe online & visited online. I was not able to login at all & it replied Invalid Login. I called Customer care who replied the same like a baby, contact dealer. NEVER EVEN THING OF GOING FOR SUN DIRECT DTH & AM PLANNING TO RETURN. Can somebody suggest me some good DTH.
      it is horrible to deal with them.There is no support at all.I have recharged my account today and I requested for activation.Then they told me that the activation will be done within 1/2 an hour but this has not done yet.I called them up(numbers I have called[protected], [protected]) but the line shows always busy... what a horrible custemer support...

      Sun direct has to improve a lot in their customer care, as the number of dissatisfied customers are increasing day by day.
      I am a disatisfied customer whos fed up with sun's customer care and im gonna cancel my connection.


      I wonder why they advertise a customer care no: 39407575... Either it will be busy or no one wil pick up this number.. pity on u...
      Today I came to know that Sun Direct is cheating people. One guy recharges for half the amount and says I can recharge with the rest amount as and when I require as it is in my account. In fact is was the first person to buy Sun Direct in my village way back when they launched the service last year. It was a good experience but now I stay in Bangalore take the same DTH connection and am cheated. I don't know whether Mr. Maran will read this or not but one this is for sure - "SUN DIRECT IS CHEATING PEOPLE AND THE STAFF DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING". I FEEL THEY ARE TRAINED TO TALK LIKE ROGUES, GIVE WRONG INFROMATION AND EMPTY THE POCKETS OF CUSTOMERS". Please don't buy SUN DIRECT.

      SUN DTH — Beware - Cheating - No value for money

      I have taken this connection last month. My smart card no. [protected]R.
      First of all - a very irritating advertisement - misleading many people. Just taking huge money in the name of 139 channels out of which 75% are crap something like DD pack which constitutes most of them. They charge you further for each channel you select. ultimately all its economical mode is lost.
      My basic pack was telugu i.e. i am supposed to get all telugu channels, but again zee telugu is missing

      The distributor took 4 days for installation since he is busy and distributor of other area is not permitted to install in my area. - lodged a complaint - no action - have to keep track of your complaint numbers or else you may be fooled. The technical man is too busy to explain the usage of the system. he dint give me a receipt, no explanation of system, no booklet given

      I took a recharge coupun for star cricket. I have put a request for using it only for one month. But it seems we have to keep a track of completion of one month or else it would continue for the next month. I called 5 days before 1 month completion date, they said i have to call 24 hrs prior. however i called a day after the completion date of one month. All this was not told at the time of recharge.
      When i contacted the customer care, surpisingly they said if i want they can deactivate the channel, but money will be charged for the next month as well and literally they did it immediatly.

      As a sufferer of their service, i request all of you to plz ignore SUN DTH from the list of options while you are purchasing DTH. You will feel cheated for the service you get everyday. I would make every possible step to damage their business, since they dont value our money

      i have bought 1 month recharge 12.9.09 through net i gave all information on the computer is O.K. But the TV is not receiving the channels take immediate action.I have spend more than 50 Rs.
      Sundirect DTH is a real cheating organisation which never bother for the customer service from root level staff to chief of the technical pyramid. I purchased/subscribed for fresh connection and starting from installation I faced tremendous obstacles on the way. After repeated complaints through their landline they started progressing and then also I couldn't get my dish connected. I became MAD by the No signal' display. I rang up to all the higher authorities like Mr. Murthi Rao, Mr. Vijaya kumar. Even I visited the Sun direct HQ located at Kottivakkam. I spent 3 to 4 days to get my dish activated. Finally I gave up and changed my dish to Reliance Big TV. What a great Cheating organisation.

      They charged 2, 400/ rupees for this DTH. I couldn't get their service for even one rupee. I nver expected such a poor service from such a magnificient organisation. So don, t opt for Sundirect.They are white collar robbers, They are thief. Don, t go for Sun direct.
      I got the SUN DTH three months back from the Pimpri dealer, from the day one i am getting the signal problem, the response from SUN DTH dealears is the wrost. Even after repeated compilant techenician are not repearinf ir properely, Now for every techincian visit he asking for service charges of Rs 150. This is the worst service i ever faced in my life.
      we recharged for the amount of rs 500 . but still we din get the connection still. v hav called to that toll free and other land line number more than 20 times. NO RESPONSE. money is getting wasted thats al. still no CONNECTION
      The signals from SUN DTH was very poor and i had to waste a lot of energy, time, pain to register the complaint (the call centre executives behaviour was like that). Despite registering the complaint no one has turned up for more than a week to correct the set top box. The distributors are still worst particularly Radiant Associates
      One of the worst dth service ever seen in my life...they are sucking blood and the set top box is junk one...and the customer care is really pathetic...i had recharged on 4/7/2009 and got disconnected after 2 months.worst customer care, bladdy dealers Sohith enterprises in Vijayawada no support, even they dont respond properly.they don't respond to the complaints..
      I am the Sales Manager of SUN dth, I tink You people are all Culprits and without using our service you are making its image down in market.I will file case over you .We are providing the best Dth service.Although I use Tata Sky, but it gets recharge just in few minutes.But Sun Dth ismore advanced, it should get recharged in few seconds.I think all you are fools, blaming our Prestigious company.

      On Sunday 4-10-09 I bought recharge card for Rs.110/- from a dealer located at Ambatture with scratch pin number:[protected] and card Sr. No.: T[protected].

      On the same day, I called the toll free help line and informed them all the details for passing the credit to my subscription account. Till date I am yet to get activation of my receiver.

      The ticket No.: [protected] for the complaints lodged on 4th Oct 09, with the response with in 24hours it will be resolved.

      The ticket No.: [protected] for the complaints lodged on 7th Oct 09, with the response with in 24hours it will be resolved.

      Now, I propose to fire the receiver set in the public place with the information that the products bought by me has no use and the company sun direct has not worth in extending service to the customers, on Monday 12th Oct 2009, if I do not get the activation with in closure of this working day/ working hours.

      You are requested to show-cause as to why I should not execute my proposal well in advance before execution of the proposal.

      Sun Direct DTH — very worst customer care service

      I have used in sundirect in my home. morning i got the service. then its not working then i checked the status of my bill. today is the last day. then i will recharge my account through phone. i checked the recharge status and its updated. but till now its not working. i tried to contact customer care last 4 hours till now i am not able to reach them.
      Sun Direct DTH is the worst service giving channel and no one in the custonmer cell is giving proper answer I have wasted my money in getting the connection and also making complaints since 4th October 2009 and contacting them over phone daily spening nearly 20 rs
      i have re charged 100 RS but they dint activated yet
