Sun Direct — no signal

There is no signal since July 7th. The customer care executives are not picking up the call just leaving a busy tone all the time.
Yes, Sun direct is not working from 7th july. They sent a sms for this technical problem, but still the didn't sove the problem. What the technical people are doing?. Please solve this soon.

My satellite connection does not receive good signal. Iam complaint to sundirect customer service they told that the problem will solve in 48hrs. but not solve in at least two weeks. i have complaint to customer service many times. But they cannot solve the problem. so please take further action and to help me?

As per your direct market executive, above set top box's LMP is not working properly. My service provider is not attending the complaints. Kindly make it possible to replace at the earliest.

Sun Direct — Channel as per told not provided and Signal problem

Respected consumer forum, i m Amit sharma from Himachal Pradesh . i am lived in vpo ghaneta, distt. kangra teh. palampur. sir/mam, i m purchase the sun direct set top box it is more than 6 month to that i m not able to view many channels even dd national, dd news, vh1, news live,Sony tv all are not available and those who are available are not in quality condition . i m complaint towards them many time since the month, but no body listen my problem i m really harass about that. please do something .... i m not continue with sun direct for its fake service really toucher me regarding there service,,,, my Smart card no is: [protected]

i am working sun direct for 3 years.there no display in all channels.what can i do for this, it displays the channel name and no but not displaying the channel it displays only the blank screen..if this problem is continue we will change to another n/w.
i think airtel is better.
