Dear Sir, We have purchased Sunflow gas geyser from Laxmi (kandivali) in April-2009, from last 3months we are facing problem with it and dealer as well as company person not paying attention on it. What kind of a problem is it? Does not heat water up to adequate temperature? Or does it not start heating at all?

We have purchased Sunflow gas geyser from Laxmi (kandivali) in April-2008, from last 1months we are facing problem with it and dealer as well as company person not paying attention on it.

We get smell of gas while geyser is working & not heat water as earlier as we get.
