Dear sir,

i have booked my motor cycle to get it delivered at my residence from delhi to raipur.
the date of consignment was 20th march 2009. but its been a month that my luggage is not delivered.
the person to whom i gave my bike is missing since 9th april 2009.
all other contacts are fake and not responding.

please help!!

I am also facing the same issue, I have sent my luggage from chennai to mohali 2 weeks back and I was told that the luggage will reach in 1 week. It's been more than 2 weeks now and I havn't received my luguage or any call from them. When I called them to enquire, they are asking me for more money which was not told at the time of the payment. I don't even know the condition of the things. I would like to launch a complain against them. what should I do???????? Thanks in advance...

I have undergoing similar problem. I have booked my material from Pune to Kolkata with an assurance that material will be delivered at my rsidence at Kolkata by 7 days time but the material is told to me as have reached to kolkata on the 8th day but demands to handover the balance money before hand to delver the goods while as per contract, I am supposed to pay the balance on receipt of material at my residence, unloaded, unfolded in good condition -immediately.It is a typical arm twisting measures and putting the customer into a most difficult position. I am not sure, even if I pay, whether, I am going to get the material safely unloaded at my place as I anticipate some mischief in it. What should I do, If anybody can help. I request all others to take care of my experience before they send the material through anybody.

Im also facing the same problem.

I'm Jey Ganesh from Mumbai. Few weeks back thorough one of the website I got to know about your Parcel services. And Mr.Khan from Chennai office had contacted me to get the relocating work done for me.

Based on the discussion I had with Mr.Khan, I had accepted to pay Rs.10, 000/- for the house shifting work. And on mutual acceptence the Pick up from Chennai happened on[protected]ie. Sunday) and as per my request I have been promised that the delivery can be given on[protected]ie. Friday). And in addition to the same, only after the pickup has happened, I have been told that I should pay Rs.3000/-(ie. 3% of cosignment value) as an Insurance for the safety of the consignment items. I have even accepted for the same.

For the above said transaction, Rs.10000/- is transfered on the company's account on[protected]ie. Friday). Till 6PM in the evening today, I have been told that the delivery of things would happen today and now I got an SMS from Mr.Khan that "My boss had dispatched material today from chennai it will reach mum on sunday".

And after sending the above mentioned SMS, Mr.Khan is not attending my calls. I'm really worried about the consignment taken from my house in Chennai.

Kindly reply us on the same on an immediate basis.

Note:
1. We have been asked to pay the Insurance Amount by cash. But till the consignment order was taken I have been promised that the consignment would be save and no issuesdamages to the items would happen till the delivery. It is totally unfair that customers are treatedcheated in such way.

2. Mr.Khan had called me from following mobile Nos:

3. Till the consigment was taken from Chennai, I was never told informed that the full amount should be transferredpaid before the consignment is dispatched from Chennai.

And now after so many days the consingment is reached on[protected], but most of the material is broken and few boxes are missing. Important data of ours is missing which were kept in those boxes.

Kindly let me know what needs to be done.

I booked house hold items (Chennai to Hyderbad) by super sonic india packers and movers. The time i booked they(sanjay) said door to door delivery but after words telling door to office and i need to collect items from office. even they gave me in written as door to door delevery mode.

As far as i suggest never go for this packer and movers. one of the worst experience i have with Super Sonic INDIA Packers & movers .

i have booked my household items through this company on 5th of April and i was told that the delivery will effect in a week time but till date[protected] i have no idea about the consignment and whenever i call up their office i get same reply like it will be deliverred in a day or two. now when i tried to contact the person whom i discussed and finalized the rate is now sick and not attending office. i feel they are simply cheating the public and the complaints should be taken up with higher authorities.

Super Sonic India Packers & Movers - THE WORST EVER

I had booked in fact called on Supersonic India Packers thinking this would be the best since this has come 1st in the list of Just Dial in the Packers and Movers list. I wonder under what basis the guarantee seal of JUST DIAL is stamped on the side of this particular firm in the website.

The booking was for 12 boxes of household items including books for my nephew who has gone to Kota (Rajasthan) for studies and the boxes had to reach him there on or before 27th of this month.

I called Supersonic India Packers to one Mr. Sanjay (Mobile no. [protected])who assured me that these would reach there within 5 days or a maximum of 7 days time. Though I had received 6 other numbers through SMS from Just Dial and all of them called and quoted me their best rates and the duration of delivery to Kota (Rajasthan).

I short-listed Supersonic Packers and they came to my house on 21st April (Wednesday) and I paid Rs.5200- + 538 + 200 = Rs.5938.00 (Delivery chgs+tax+packing charges).

They said the boxes will be dropped at their Jaipur office and from there a small pick up vehicle will deliver these boxes to the consignee.

The consignee (My sister) called from Kota to ask me the number of their Jaipur office and in turn I called the Packers on Thursday. He was fumbling. He then said that he would give the mobile number of the truck driver of the vehicle that carries the boxes, which will be loaded that night (22.04.10 Thursday)

On 23.04.10 Friday I sent an SMS asking for the mobile of the driver, but did not get any reply from them either. Which he denied later having received such an SMS from my number.

Then on 24.04.10 Saturday @ 11.00 am I enquired again for the mobile number, then I got a shock of my life when he said that the boxes will be loaded that day. And he was saying it would take 7 days from the day it gets loaded and leaves Chennai

So from 21.04.10 Wednesday to 24.04.10 Saturday, it was laying in the godown of the Packer without being sent to Kota.

I then decided to get back the consignment and send them through courier Blue dart by Air who charged me a sizable amount to deliver it to Kota on Monday ie with in 2 days.

Yes, if there is urgency we have to compromise on any factor, here I had to compromise on the price. So if are engaging this Packer do it your own risk. They may at the time of marketing talk sweetly and offer very less price. So I feel it is better to go for the big banner firms.

And apart from this, OUT OF Rs.5938-, HE RETURNED ONLY Rs.3500-. WHEN I ASKED, HE SAYS IT IS FOR THE PICKUP VEHICLE COST, SINCE THE DISTANCE FROM THE HOUSE TO HIS GODOWN WAS 25 KMS.

I HAD TO SPEND Rs.15700- SINCE IT HAD TO BE SENT BY AIR BY BLUE DART EXPRESS, BECAUSE OF THE URGENCY.

A VERY GOOD LESSON LEARNT – GO ONLY FOR THE BIG BANNER, THEY MAY CHARGE YOU HIGH, BUT AT LEAST YOU HAVE SOME QUALITY AND PEACE OF MIND!!!

SUPERSONIC PACKERS AND MOVERS CHENNAI ARE THEIVES

I had availed transportation services of household items from Super Sonic India Packers and Movers on 14/05/2010 consignment no 2090 from Chennai to Hyderabad.The household items included TV, Bed, Kitchen appliances, utensils, cosmetic items and furniture.On the fourth day when they delivered the items at my home my wife was alone as I was in office.They simply dumped the items outside the house stating that they dont put the items inside.when I returned home and checked the items to my surprise I found several items missing from the carton boxes like wrist watches of myself and my wife, CD player, electric iron, camera and ipod total worth Rs 10, 000.When I called the proprietor Mr. Sanjay Ponia ([protected]) he ridiculed me stating the theft as baseless and they never do such acts.
Also I called Mukesh ([protected]) the mktg Mgr, he spoke in a vulgar language using obscene words that couldnot be mentioned here.I am really upset and disappointed the way they responded to me.
These people are simply good for nothing and behave very ridiculously bad.How can I recover the cost of the items stolen by them, can somebody please suggest...
Also I would suggest everybody never to approach SUPERSONIC PACKERS and MOVERS, they are ...

I has a very very bad experience with these folks. The manager doesnt even know how to talk to customers. He promised me a pick up which was delayed by 3 hours. Then he promised me abt next day mornin delivery which got delayed by 14 hours. On me getting angry about this he says "you dint send the goods by flight n nor did you pay me 10k for faster delivery". He then disconnected the call and dint even bother to pick up my call again. From booking till delivery i atleast has to make 20-30 call. I really regreat my decision of going with this service. I just hope that my good reach safely.

I HAD SHIFTED MY RESIDENCE FROM CHENNAI TO DELHI, MOVED HOUSE HOLD ITEMS THROUGH SUPERSONIC INDIA PACKERS & MOVERS, I AM SHOCKED TO FIND MAJOR ITEMS WERE RUINED IN RAINS, BOXES WERE STOLEN (WHICH WE CAUGHT RED HANDED FROM ONE OF THE EMPLOYEES OF THE COMPANY) AND INDIVIDUALS SPECIFIC ITEMS WERE REMOVED OPENING THE BOXES.
NO RESPONSE FOR THE DAMAGE AND ANY SORT OF COMPLAINT

This is in continuation to our discussion had earlier with you and Sunil, regarding the missing and damaged goods claim.
Below is the complete description of how I was mislead and misguided by your side and still there is no information as to when or how I will get my claim of the damaged/ missing items.

At the time of Dispatch:
1. On 12.05.2010 I had booked my household items from chennai to new delhi.
2. Quotation given for the same was of Rs16500/- including loading and unloading charges packaging and transportation charges.
3. I had paid 19150/- which included insurance and other taxes.
4. I had given declaration of Rs100, 000/- for insurance.
5. I was assured that the materials will reach with in 7 days from the date of booking by your Marketing Exe Mr. Sunil.

At the time of Receiving of Goods:
1. Received the materials on 29.05.2010 after 16days, which was not as per the initial commitment
2. I was forced to pay Rs3000/- for unloading my materials from the warehouse to my residence, inspite of the fact that the quotation given to me included both loading and unloading charges.
3. The materials were delivered at 12:30am accompanied by Vinod(brother of Gulshan), Mukesh and other two labors.
4. The items visible at the time of delivery i had noted down at the back of invoice and the same was signed by Mukesh who also told me that whatever items are damaged or missing I can raise my claim against the same.
5. I had returned the Almirah to Mukesh/ Vinod at the time of delivery which was severly battered and broken down. I had an entire box packed with just food items which was missing, my gas cylinder for which I had made several calls to you to make sure the same was dispatched was missing, my new TV was broken, many utensils was missing, clothes were soaked in water which caused fungus in them and damaged them completely even the color was faded, my new dvd player was soaked in water, my dishtv set top box was wet in water, for which I had to pay seperately 2000/- for repairs, all remotes had fungus growth as they were all soaked in water and like wise other small items as well were broken damaged.
6. After following up with Sunil and yourself, Sunil had come to my residence on and verified the damages himself, and had taken a copy of the items missing and damaged list, he wrote at the back of the invoice all the damaged and missing claim will be provided.
7. Below is the list of all the damaged/ and missing items, earlier I was told by Mukesh that there my black suitcase lying with them in them in there warehouse and had asked me to come for pick up, when I went there Vinod told me mukesh has left the job and they no knowledge about the suitcase which also I have included in the list of missing ..

1. TV STAND MISSING – 1000/-
2. BROKEN ALMIRAH – 2500/-
3. GAS CYLINDER MISSING – 1000/-
4. FOOD ITEMS MISSING – 2500/-
5. T.V. SAMSUNG DAMAGED – 7000/-
6. CLOTHES DAMAGED – 3000/-
7. KITCHEN UTENSILS – 4500/-
8. REFRIGERATOR BODY DENTED - 1000/-
9. LOADING AND UNLOADING PAID AT DELHI – 3000/-
10. BLACK SUITCASE MISSING WITH GOODS WORTH 6000/-

My total claim towards missing and damaged items is Rs 31500/-, asides to the above there are many other small things which I haven't included as I do not want to waste my time or your's as well. But I do need you to settle my claim of the above said value or return me the missing/ and replace the damages, or I will not keep silent on this issue. I am looking forward for your reply to settle this issue.

Supersonic SSI Relocation Movers and Packers — Thieves stole my goods

Supersonic Movers and Packers have stolen my items that i had booked with them for transportation from Chennai to Hyderabad.
When I called the person incharge named Sandeep he refused and said abusive words.
Kindly help how can i take severe actions against them,

can any one tell me how i can insurence amount it is around 10, 000 rs

I moved from Noida to Pune. I had contacted Super sonic India for the movement of my household goods and my car. Initially they were very professional but the end just gets worse.

My car was left abandoned near Nigdi (near pune) in a damaged condition with another transporter. SSI folks refused to deliver the vehicle to my home. Initially what was told to us was that there was a dent in the vehicle, but what we found was that the front right fender was missing altogether along with the headlights and drivers door being damaged. The car appears to have been driven (evident by the amount of dust that accumulated inside and out). They claimed that the car had fallen while ramping up but it appears to be in an accident and worst still the damaged parts were removed and not delivered. The insurance does not cover missing parts so I had to pay Rs. 8000 (approx) for the repairs. Although the company promised to pay for the repairs I have been trying to contact them and they are not responding.

My house hold goods left my place on 29th Oct and have not yet reached till today (12th November).

The person in charge in pune is not responding to our calls and we have to constantly call up the mahipalpur (Delhi) office. They have so far shown no interest in assisting us in anyway.

I also have come to know that they do not own the company actually transporting the goods and thats why nobody has any clue where my household goods are. We finally made contact with the driver of the truck containing my Items and He took more than 4 days to come from Mumbai to Pune (a journey of 3 hours).Regret choosing them as transporters.

Also to Mr. Lalit Massey : Mukesh is still with them. I have been speaking to him and I am very sure he will again be "leaving" them.

There is also a Sunil Kumar in Pune ([protected]) who is missing.

Super Sonic packers is one of the most fraudlent packers. they promise a lot while taking the order but none of them will kept when it is delivered. They charge for loading and unloading but they never take care o[censored]nloading. They send the goods through a third party..who will never unload goods and says if you dont unload the goods.. they will take back the goods. Beware of Super Sonic Packers and movers.

I got lotf calls from other people too who agree that the name SUPERSONIC SSI Movers and Packers now represents the THUGS and THIEVES of todays world who escape untouched.
