[Resolved]  Swift Dzire VDI — insurance -tie up

Respected Sir.,

I have recently purchased SWIFT DZ IRE VDI 2012 model from sathi babu motors, one of your dealer of maruti products in kakinada in the month of July 2012. At that time your people had shown the list of insurance companies to which you have got tie up . I have opted NEW INDIA INSURANCE( one of your tie up companies )My dealer at kakinada handed over the policy sent by NEW INDIA INSURANCE at Delhi H.O.

Recently my car met with an accident and immediately intimated the same to the dealer in kakinada and also to the insurance company branch at kakinada. Unfortunately your dealer caused inconvenience hard ship to me and failed to send the information to the insurer with regard to my car accident . As , it is the duty of the dealer to intimate the same and help the customer in settlement of the claim.There is no meaning to ask the customer to go to the insurance office for settlement of the claim. When there is a tie up between your company and insurer,it is the duty of your dealer to come to the rescue of the customer. Instead of helping the customer ,your company badly gave a picture with regard to NEW INDIA INSURANCE company performance and it is also not proper to say that there is no tie up between your company and NEW INDIA INSURANCE . Because of your companies negligent attitude , i suffered a lot and i have lost the cash less benefit provided by the insurer and i am forced to pay the bill to the dealer and submit the bills to the insurer for settlement of claim and in getting the re reimbursement from the insurance company .

Please instruct your dealer hereafter not to cause any hardship to the customer and advise him to settle the with the insurer at the earliest point of time so, that my i need not pay the amount directly to you.
