My Self P.B PADMAJAKSHAN reisiding at thrissur have booked my swift
desire vdi at BRD CAR WORLD thrissur on JAN 14th 2010(paid Rs 50,000 advance). Last week of
Aug 2010 I have enquired about the delivery of my car. The sales man informed me that the car will be delivered by l5th of Sep 2010. It was not delivery and again they informed me that they will deliver it last week of sep 2010.
Last week of september 2010 they have taken the full amount from me
including the money for the accesories and, my loan amount was also transferred to BRD CAR WORLD. The saleman informed me the car will be
delivery on 1st OCT 2010. But suddenly on 1st he has told me the car is not in
the yard.
Till date the car is not delivered and when we I went there the Manager is not even prepared to talk to me regarding this. This is a great humilation to me
even after paying the amount.
In this regard I am thinking to move legally. I expect a early reply regarding this. My mobile No [protected].

Swift Dzire VDI — non delivery in spite of booking
Dear,I have booked for a Swift Dzire VDi with your authorised dealer Indus Motor at Palakkad Town in Kerala State on 21.01.2011 by making payment for Rs.50,000/-. Till now the car is neither delivered nor the dealer is able to give the delivery date. While booking they promised me to deliver the vehicle within six months, whereas now already seven months completed and couldn't make delivery?? I required you to intervene the issue and deliver me the vehicle without any further delay. Or to go ahead with legal proceeding??
