Sub: KL 58A 7598-SWIFT DZIRE VDI Complaint rectification reg:
This is to bring to your kind notice that my Swift Dzire VDI car having the above reg. no. had purchased during may 2008 and now I am facing some problem to my vehicle. I had done all the periodical service till now from M/S HAR CARS Kannur, Kerala from where the same was purchased. Now the vehicle has completed 49500 km and I am about to do the 50000 km service. The problems I feel are as shown below
1. During the car is running, some occasion the pulling of the vehicle becomes down and slows to a maximum speed less than 40-50 km per hour and during that time I cant even overtake an auto rikshaw.
2. Some times it glows the SVS indicator and some times the SVS as well as Water in fuel filter indicator
3. Now I feel some mileage shot also.
4. To tackle the above 1 and 2 situation I found a solution that, switch off the engine once or more and continue driving.
Now I have planned to go a long trip to Rajasthan next week in my car and I have no enough confidence with out rectifying the above problem
Erlier when I occurred the brake problem I had to send a complaint to you( on 9.04.2010) and it had been rectified almost to a certain extent.Due to this reason I m forced to register a complaint directly to you.
So I request you to direct your engineer to find out the problem and give necessary instruction to the service centre and get the above problems solved with immediate effect.
