I took delivery of Maruti Dzire car on 15.10.2009. Within 20 days it started giving out a tak-a-tak-a-tak-tak sound whenever the brake used to be applied even a feather-touch application of brake. During my first service at VITESSE at Andheri West, I had made a mention of it. However they could not hear the sound and therefore not was done about it. Ever since then the sound has become more louder. The vehicle thusfar has driven only 1500 Kms. The sound disappears after the vehicle has run for sometime say 10 Kms. As such, I want the Maruti technician to visit my residence to check out on the sound made by the vehicle upon application of brake. Otherwise, by the time I drive my vehicle to the dealer's workshop the sound may stop and again the technician's will not be in a position to rectify the problem. I do not wish to take any further chances with my life as it involves the braking system of the vehicle. I hope the brand image of Maruti will live up to my expectations. Please respond urgently.

swift vxi — manufacturing fault vehicle

Respected Sir,
The vehicle Swift vxi no MH-06 AN 7853 (Reg.No.) having engine no. 418173 and chassis no. MA3EKE41S00314406 (Tracking number: HT20080618_[protected])purchased fro you o n 7 /05/2008. .
Immediately we came to know of its manufacturing fault, which we have reported to you . You have got the vehicle inspected from the manufacturing
company who has re declared the manufacturing fault .
On these grounds I seek,
1) A brand new vehicle in place of this fault vehicle . I am not interested in repairs of this vehicle I use it.
2) If the above is not acceptable kindly refund me the money as follows.
i) Cash Paid of you including of registration and insurance
ii) Repay all the loan on it
iii) Cost and expenses increased in visiting the showroom in connection .
The above is to be done within period of 2 days from the letter failing which I shall proceed legally against you at your company expenses.
IMP NOTE: I AM HAVING KID OF 4 MONTHS, I ALWAYS COME TO STRUGGLE AT YOUR AUTHORISED DEALERS SHOWROOM ALONG WITH MY KID .ITS SHAMELESS FOR YOU PEOPLE. I AM SENDING PHOTOGRAPHS OF MY KID ALONG WITH TO YOU . HERE I HAVE ATTACHED PHOTOS OF MY KID TO SEE YOU.
Note : I had not given the permission to repair my vehicle but still your engineer came and rectified the problem . Who did give allow to touch my vehicle ?
Note : Had I paid to you five lacs huge amount for leakages vehicle?
Note : If its manufacturing fault, then you have blame your engineer who have checked the quality ( Q.C ), how you can strike their blames on my head?
