[Resolved]  swift dzire vxi — Accidental Car instead of New Car on new purchase

We bought Swift Dzire Vxi from Competent Motors HO on insistence of one of their own employee who claimed that other outlets of Competent Motors cheat customers on vehicle parts, etc. So, trusting them we went ahead to buy a new Swift Dzire Vxi from them at Competent Motors HO, CP, Delhi. But things turned even worse as when we reached there, they aligned a novice agent Varun Yadav to deal with us and to our amusement he didn't knew anything about the car (its details etc). One of his senior (Vivek Goswami) then came to our rescue and gave us all the details and offered us Car Loan from a Nationalized Bank. But he also turned to be another feather in our problems as he refused to provide loan from Nationalized Bank and instead finalized it with a Private Bank. Though it was acceptable, our nightmare began when our well known relatives told us that the car is accidental as the bumper and boot space of the car were loose and doesn't closes properly. The same issue was there when we went to first take our car from the showroom but they assured they'll fix it. But now, when we have complained, they got it checked by their own mechanic and he agreed with us, but they simply refused to accept that the problem persisted at the time of purchase. The Branch Manager of Competent Motors, Suresh, refused to even acknowledge feedback given by their own mechanic. Now, we are in dilemma of what to do and what not to do as the car had be driven for only 214 kms. Competent Motors everywhere are cheats. Their license should be canceled and refunds should be made to the suffering clients.
