We bought a car ( Swift Dzire VXI ) from RANA MOTORS , GURGAON a week back , Before we had purchased the vehicle , RANA MOTORS made so many fake promises in order to sell their product , they made us pay for Insurance and specifically mentioned to for for the one which will be coverage all over India saying that we will get service anywhere in India , no matter wherever we are , we just need to make a call to Maruti and they will send a repair...

But things turned even worse as when we reached there, they aligned a novice agent Varun Yadav to deal with...

I took delivery of Maruti Dzire car on 15.10.2009. Within 20 days it started giving out a tak-a-tak-a-tak-tak sound whenever the brake used to be applied even a feather-touch application of brake. Replacement of car battery
Respected Sir,
Myself Dr G.S.Romana. I have purchased new Swift Dzire vxi in July 2008. On 12-12-08 night the cenrral locking siren start blowing at about 3 am. Till I woke up and see what has happened, the loud stopped and key remote did not respond. on next the company mechanic came and told that battery has gone. he put the batery on charge but battery did not respond.
