[Resolved] swift dzire vxi — Abnormal Body Noise

After the purchase of the Dzire (Vxi) from Vipul Motors - Noida; all three services up to 10,000 Km done by Karnal Motors - Karnal (Haryana) and after the last service of the vehicle dated 01.02.2010, abnormal body and doors noise has been observed. This problem was especially brought into the knowledge of the servicing engineer, but in vain; problem hadn't rectified. Still after lodging complaint at their E Mail adress and through SMS, not at all care has been taken. Complaints lodged dt. 06.02.2010 & 25.02.2010. Prompt action expected for rectifying the cause. I hav booked swift dzire vxi on 17th of april through Aalianz Automobiles bhikajigama place new delhi.the booking rect. have all outdated tel ph. nos. even the email id is nonoperating.I hav noteddown the mobile no. of the executive who deal with me.now that person is out of the picture because delivery of the car is due.now a newperson named anis khan came to me & show me two paper with my signature that i agree to wait for 3-4 month, infact japneet the executive make me sign those paper without mentioning the waiting period & told me they wl. deliver in 2 months.yesterday he was demanding extra money to deliver early.pls. help.

I booked swift dzire VDI on[protected] at KAPICO Dealer in Hyderabad. The dealer promised that I will get the vehicel ny the end of may, 2008. Now he is saying it will take another 2 months. What the dealer is doing is he is selling the car in black market at a premium of Rs 45, 000/-. One of my friends bought the same car from this dealer. When I enquired he the dealer said that the car has gear problem and it will stop if we drive at 100kmph. My advise to maruti buyers is not buy any car from this dealer - KAPICO.
