Tab cab is by far the most unreliable fleet of taxi services that Bombay has ever seen. I have in less than 7 days faced the following issues:
1. They are not punctual and will not reach on time especially if you are traveling close distance;
2. More often than not they will accept a booking, promise to send you driver details 20 mins prior to the call and the same does not happen and your booking is cancelled without intimation;
3. The drivers are below the prescribed age (i.e, 21 years) and drive rashly and end up meeting with a lot of accidentds;
4. The call centre often does not send a msg to driver about the pick up, I had booked a cab and received the chauffeur details but when I called the driver 5 mins before my pick up time he was around 10 kms away from the location and claimed that he never received any details;
5. The drivers often abuse and do not have manners to speak to the customer, I have complaint with the call centre and through emails regularly, clearly that does not help;
6. I was assured this Monday that such an instance (i.e., last minute cancellation) will not happen again and the same thing happened to me today; and
7. The call center refuse to transfer the line to the senior officials and pretend to not hear you. This happened to me 4 times in a row, where the minute I raised my complaint I was inaudible suddenly.
This has to be the worst taxi service and serious action ought to be taken against it. Was this information helpful? |
