[Resolved] Tabcab / Sms Taxicabs — taxi driver was not willing to come at location

I and my mother were waiting for taxi at crawford market main round about for almost 25 minutes with 4 big shopping bags and asked nearly 15 to 20 cabs but none were willing to come.
There was this 1 taxi guy who was so rude that he pushed me and my bags and told us to get off the cab. (Attaching pic of his taxi number)
Kindly do the needful...
Please take serious action...
